Do not get sandwiches from this location go to any other subway. They were extremely rude. They would not take the coupon that I had. I was able to order online through the app and get the coupon at his store. He made my sandwich wrong. I tried to correct him. He was just yell and and would not listen to me the sandwich was completely wrong. The things that I asked for less of I got more of the things I asked for more of I got less of. Today I decided to get a fresh sub from my local subway. It was horrendous. The meat and veggies looked old. The onions were turning yellow. Ew! Service was good. Worker was nice. Prices were outrageous! Over $50 for 3 subs? I'd rather spend that money in a nice restaurant. Never in my life have I spent $50 on SANDWICHES. Tables and chairs were dirty. I would definitely recommend a better clean. I feel as if I need a shower after this excursion. Also weird quacking coming from the back. Jesus take the wheel! Am I right? I have never been a fan of Subway. I think I never will. I went to visit my brother at his job and we went out for lunch. He wanted Subway and I didn't know the area well so I just went with it. The employees were nice, my brother must go a lot so they were really nice to him. However when I asked for a foot long turkey hero, what I got was pre sliced turkey that they put on my hero and if you want more meat they charge you. I took my bread sandwich and left. When I ate it I was in for another treat, the bread was not soft at all. I can't explain it but it was not fresh. I didn't want to fight about it, but I made it clear to my brother that next time we can go anywhere else. I think they have the right idea with good staff, but when it comes to making a hero they need to see what the competition, preferably any deli, is doing. Let me save them the trouble and tell the the secret, add more meat, stop using half slices of cheese, and stop adding so much lettuce to make people believe it's a big hero. read more

Worst subway on the planet!! Employees are rude and take their time servicing customers. I just walked out of this one completely unsatisfied! The employee was on her phone when i entered didn't budge at all when she saw me waiting. Then turned her back to me to turn knobs ignoring me on purpose! I ordered two sandwiches online, and both were supposed to be toasted. Only one was toasted, which we didn't realize until we got home and were ready to eat. I called the restaurant SEVERAL times about this issue and talked with several different staff. NOBODY speaks or understands English remotely well enough to communicate about an incorrect order. The first time, the woman kept thinking I wanted to order sandwiches. It's like the staff only understand a few basic keywords (e.g., "sandwich"). The entire situation was very frustrating and felt like talking to an incompetent AI robot. When she saw the conversation wasn't going well, she hung up on me! When I called back for the second time, a man answered the phone but didn't say anything. I could hear a lot of background noise. Third time I called, I got the same woman. Told her she hung up on me with no explanation, and she said, "I have very long line." After FAR TOO MUCH explanation and miscommunciation (on her behalf, again, due to the incredibly poor English), she understood what I was trying to say and argued, "I always make sandwiches perfectly." I asked if I could have a partial discount and she said NO, and that she's "just employee" and not the supervisor. I asked several times to speak with a manager, and I was told the manager isn't here today and will only be here 12-3 tomorrow when this woman isn't working. She was extremely petty, difficult to work with even after she semi-understood, and unaccommodating. I have NEVER had this much issue with fast food or anything else... normally, they will offer to refund or make a new order, but they were unwilling to accommodate in any way. I am so done with this place. Every time I come here on a Sunday, i hear the one employee who makes the sandwich fight with customers. Apparently this time, it was his turn to be rude to me. There was a piece of tomato that had a piece of the stem on and he picks it up and almost puts it on my sandwich. I quickly say can you just not put that part of the tomato please and he gives me attitude and tries to act smart by saying "do you see it on or do you see it off" and then continues to talk rudely. I'm not one to start arguing so I say "I just didn't want that part of the tomato." He then throws that part of the tomato back in the tomato container (I guess because he wants the next customer to fight with him about it too). After that he barely puts any vegetables on my sandwich. I don't understand what was the point of him acting so rudely but this is not the first time I've seen this guy act like that with customer. I just don't think there was a reason to receive mean service when I didn't even say anything mean to him. read more
