I came here with a friend to have a pleasant breakfast. Our attire was casual for relaxed visits but the visit was frustrating today. The cashier seemed to have forgotten her thinking cap in another place. We order a dozen bagels she was asking if I wanted 6 bagels and then she said 13 bagels. Ordered 3 sandwiches and she rang up 2. The manager was a bit condescending because he didn't know what was going on. Normally it's on point and service has been better on occasion.

Clean spacious place. It was pretty empty when o went in so the order came out quick. My second time here the parking space is large and convenient.

I realize my reviews are pretty much the same from location to location but Panera is pretty much the same from location to location. My individual reviews from restaurant to restaurant will only differ slightly. This spot is close to my house and bank that my wife uses for business so we always stop by when in the area Like all chain restaurants there is a specific model they follow. I like the one that Panera uses. There restaurants are always bright, cheerful and very clean. Condiment stations are always checked and cleaned and tables are constantly being maintained. I like the way that you order from one area, given a buzzer so you can find a seat and relax, then get called to pick up your meal. The team member taking our order was extremely cordial and helped us through a couple of modifications with ease. That's a really good trait of any restaurant these days given so many diet restrictions of patrons. We had soup for lunch as we usually do. My wife's chicken noodle is always to her liking, rich tasty broth with plenty of noodles and meat. I love the creamy chicken and rice. It's always so flavorful rich and hearty. As always the food was extremely fresh and very well prepared. Panera certainly has made me a lifetime customer and I always look forward to a visit. I think their coffee club was a brilliant idea and never pass by an opportunity to grab a hot (or iced cup) of coffee.

We stopped in for lunch and each got a pick 2. Overall, the half of each sandwich was a good size with a good portion of meat. Also, the soup was a decent size. Food came out quickly and the place was relatively clean.

First time in this location and I definitely enjoyed it. I got my usual chipotle chicken avocado melt with chicken noodle soup. I tried their Passion Papaya Iced Green Tea and loved it and I don't even like green tea and papayas lol. My mother got the cream of broccoli soup, I tried it and loved it! So much that I ended up buying it in a supermarket near my home but I don't know what it is but the taste was better in the restaurant lol. The cashier was informative but one of the cook's had an attitude when I asked for my food and had to correct her. The ambiance was pretty low key and no hassle to get around which is great since Panera Bread is known for a place to relax and eat.

I bought one broccoli cheddar soup for 9 dollars. Barely half a cup of soup. Outrageous price. Mediocre taste. Don't eat at any Panera, it's not worth it.

Love this location. They don't bother you for overstaying. Service is quick. A favorite meet up place with my girlfriends for a friendly talk or bonding. A recommended place for a quick bite , a light snack or heavy meal. First place comes in my mind for any breakfast catering service.

Food just ok. So many better places in the area. Definitely not in comparison to Umberto's of New Hyde Park.

When you dine in they will bring some sliced watermelon, water and rice crackers to the table to start your experience. I ordered a number of different dishes to get a feel for the place, as well as feed the family. The order: walovi/Wanglaoji (can of tea served cold) Scallion Pancakes, Lychee Shrimp Balls, Beef Soup with hand pulled noodles, special dumplings, Mashed Cucumber salad, sausage, and stir fried beef noodles. Overall the food was amazing 9.5/10 The entire meal was delicious, the noodles were perfectly cooked and the dishes full of flavor. The Leychee shrimp balls were excellent, the mashed cucumber salad was refreshing and full of flavor. All the dishes were seasoned well, the special dumplings were a little over seasoned and thus the 9.5 instead of a perfect 10. The tea was refreshing and not overly sweet it was the perfect accompaniment to the meal.

It now has a Vietnamese/Asian vibe going. The menu has also been updated: Salt Pepper Frog Legs - it is said that frog legs taste like chicken. In this case, I have to agree that the fried frog legs tasted like chicken wings, which is a good thing. 4/5 Beef Stew - unlike the tomatoey beef stews at some other Vietnamese places, the beef stew here is a little starchy from the potatoes and reminded me of Colombian Oxtail stew. It came with a sliced roll to dip. 4/5

Really homey feeling and typical of Vietnamese restaurants. The Noms: Pork and shrimp spring rolls- one of my favorite appetizers... generous portions of pork and shrimp, all neatly wrapped in rice paper. The peanut sauce is the best. I always order an extra serving Classic Banh mi- my husband and I always order two and they're very filling. It's not exactly like the Banh mis from California because the bread is not the same... but it's still very good and comes close. It definitely satisfies my craving while I'm waiting for my next trip home. Beef pho- I really enjoy their pho. It's good the broth is very flavorful.... In Cali, we have several different types of beef pho (dac biet, tai, gau, Bo vien, etc...) but this beef option has all of them mixed in along with some tripe (which I don't care for) so just make sure that you're aware of that and can adjust what kind of beef you want in your pho. In conclusion: I am happy to support this mom and pop shop and enjoy their food very much... while they are "cash only", they do accept Venmo/Zelle... I actually order delivery quite frequently to-go and have Billy saved in my Zelle account so that I could square away my bill and cut out Seamless and GrubHub, who take too much from struggling restaurants. Def recommend stopping by and enjoying authentic Vietnamese cuisine!

We've been regular customers for a while because the chicken is consistently good, but after this…read moreexperience, we won't be returning. Our group ordered several chicken combos, which include refillable sides (rice, salad, French fries, and vegetables), while the chicken itself is not refillable. From the start, the service was disorganized. We had multiple servers, yet they repeatedly forgot items. Some people in our group waited a long time for their vegetables, while others had to ask multiple times before receiving their French fries. It honestly felt as though the staff was doing everything possible to avoid bringing guests everything that was included with the meal. My husband and I requested one refill of rice. Since we didn't finish it, we simply asked for the remaining rice we had already been served to be packed to go. The server took the plate but never returned with it in a to-go container. When we asked about it, another server accused us of trying to get an extra refill, claiming we had already reached the refill limit. We explained several times that we were not asking for another refill we only wanted the rice we had already been served packed to go. Despite that, he continued insisting we were trying to get more than we were entitled to. What made the situation even worse was his dismissive response of "whatever" after we tried to explain the misunderstanding. Being treated as though we were trying to take advantage of the restaurant was frustrating and completely unacceptable. Unfortunately, this wasn't completely out of character. Most of the servers have consistently come across as rude during our previous visits. The owner, on the other hand, has always been friendly and does a good job connecting with customers. However, this time he was only a few feet away, appeared aware of what was happening, and never stepped in to address the situation or make things right. Allowing staff to treat customers this way reflects poorly on the restaurant. My advice to anyone dining here is to pay close attention to the sides that come with your meal and make sure you receive everything you're entitled to. We left feeling that the restaurant advertises refillable sides but does everything possible to delay or limit them, only to accuse customers of asking for more than they're entitled to. After years of overlooking the rude service because we enjoyed the food, this experience was the final straw. The way we were treated guaranteed that we will never return.
