Held hostage on the Pennsylvania turnpike you have few options for food (in my case breakfast???)…read more One is Roy Roger's. When you are famished almost anything can taste good--for a brief period. Take Pork Bung for example--no RR does not sell the pig's anus (to some, a delicacy) but perhaps they should because I am sure it would rate higher than the stratospherically priced, god-awful "food" I foolishly ordered and almost instantly regretted ($14.75 + tip?). Everything about this culinary abomination was a travesty. The company probably spent ten fold on creating the appealing-looking food on the display board vs. developing, testing (I pity their Guinea pig taster), and selling the off-putting, rank tasting meal: To wit: Breakfast--certainly a misnomer Scrambled eggs: Say what? Rubber-like texture, oddly tasting, experiment in blandness. Rating F Hash Browns: Please rename, numerous (too many) coin-sized slices of tasteless "whatever" only palatable by a reasonably tasty ketchup. Rating D+ (quasi rescued by ketchup) Pork Sausage patty (?): Disagreeable taste and texture. In a cage match Bob Evan's would deliver a resounding KO. Portion (2 wafer-sized communion hosts): Minuscule size, fit for a goldfish--and they wouldn't like it either. (notice the word MINUScule starts with a negative: minus). Rating: D Ham: Stupidly ordered a side of ham which tasted as if it were in a non-heated buffet pan and wisely ignored by all--except me. Portion- Weightless razor thin pieces--not slices. Inedible. Rating: F- (so bad it was insulting) Muffin: Only thing even remotely worth mouth entry. But even that was tricky as the muffin promptly disintegrated. I tried to make an egg sandwich with the muffin and that was futile. But, not being able to stomach the other imposter food, I must've looked like a rat as I tried to eat the crumbs in the little and I mean little plastic container's bottom. Rating: C+ Beverage: Diet Coke self-service dispenser. Apparently someone forgot to clean the dispenser's lines as the DC's r taste was unrecognizable. Rating: F Tip Box: Are you F'ing kidding me? Tip for what? Uh, no thank you--and how dare you ask with a prominently placed and labeled obligatorily-baiting ridiculously out-of-place, nudge nudge give GIVE! Service: Apathetic. Even a sarcastic Cheshire cat or Arty the Clown smile would have been revelatory. Ambiance: If you enjoy the pungent smell of Pinesol-cleaned floors you'll be happy. Rating: C- OVERALL: Need I say anything more? Save your appetite for a pig's as*ho*e (sorry). Rating: Subterranean F

Biscuit was yummy though, service was quick, & staff were nice!

A+ across the board - would highly recommend: the restaurant was clean and well stocked, the staff…read morewere all so friendly and happy, and the tenders were out-of-this world fresh and delicious! Honestly, I avoided going to Raising Cane's for a long time (a couple stores opened up in my area several months ago) because I thought, "Eh, it's chicken tenders, how good could it be?" Well, was I in for a reality check (and a treat)! I am so glad I finally stopped and can't wait to go back again. My visit was last Friday (April 11, 2025) and I knew something good was on the horizon when I walked in and was immediately greeted by the shift manager and the person running the register. This may come as a shock, but the folks working there truly seemed happy and glad to be doing their job and serving customers. I was able to speak with the shift manager after my meal and he was so polite and friendly. The young lady working the cash register would go out on the floor and wipe down tables when she didn't have any customers to wait on. Such initiative! If you think you've had it all in the world of chicken tenders - think again! The tenders are so fresh, moist, and cooked to order. The special sauce has the perfect zing to it. I was totally satisfied with my meal. Even the fries have a signature taste to them and aren't run-of-the-mill deep fried potatoes. Due to the outstanding customer service, the delicious food, and a nice clean atmosphere, I would definitely recommend you eat at here. Please patronize Raising Cane's. You will not be disappointed.

After accidentally putting an actual beef burger patty on my wife's impossible whopper, I called…read morethe store to let them know of the issue. The manager immediately told me that she "knew" that the order couldn't be wrong because she "watched the cook put it in the microwave." I tried to explain to her that it wasn't a matter of how the burger was cooked but what it was actually made out of (because my wife is a vegetarian), and the manager continued to argue with me while also saying that if I drove back to the store with the receipt, she would replace it. When I arrived, she tried to take the burger from me; and I told her that I wanted to keep it to show her the difference in consistency, shape and odor between a beef burger and an impossible patty; and she acted like she was personally offended. She then proceeded to tell me I was "yelling" at her-- I wasn't-- and then admitted that, although I wasn't yelling I was "being rude." To this point, she had tried to say my problem wasn't really a problem and had questioned me all along the way, failing to realize that the reason that people order impossible whoppers is because they don't eat meat. At this point, she said there's was nothing to say. Her teammates, because she had made such a spectacle of herself, felt the need to defend her when, quite frankly, she was argumentative and tried to gaslight me throughout my entire experience. I don't know her name. She took the receipt when I came back. She was the manager on duty at the 15482 Kutztown Rd location; and I never got an apology from her for 1) my wife eating meat or 2) her questioning my judgment about what mean looks, tastes and feels like. [I have had both patties and am familiar with the differences, as my wife often lets me finish off her sandwich.] More than anything, I wish my wife actually got an apology from the manager.
