I stood in line to order my coffee and the coffee ordering set up is a little off. Wasn't really sure who to order with and also they gave me a ticket, but I didn't know who I was supposed to pay. It wasn't until I asked somebody. Did they let me know that I pay with the store cashier. I felt like I waited it really long time for my iced Matcha. I stayed at the counter only because I wasn't sure of the whole process, but I saw the gentleman put my coffee in this little basket and I waited a little bit to see if they would call my name but they didn't so I finally had to go up there and ask if the coffee was mine and it was. Not sure why they asked for our names if they're not gonna call them out. Luckily, I was standing there the whole time, but there was confusion before me with somebody getting somebody else else's coffee, and I think it had to do with the fact that they don't really announce when your coffee is ready. Once I had my coffee, I paid at the register which I had to stand in another line and they charged me a fee, which was questionable, but I already had my coffee and had waited in two lines already. The place was packed and I'm sure a lot of people enjoy the market, but I wasn't really a fan and not sure I will ever go back
