Worst.Subway.Ever * No friendly greeting from the staff upon arrival. * I ordered a 6 inch ham egg and cheese. I was given egg white and not asked if I wanted whole egg. * My husband ordered a steak egg and cheese and was also given egg white and not asked if he wanted whole egg. * When it came time for veggies we were told we could only have a total of three, and lettuce and tomato only - never had this happen before. Frequently stop by this location for lunch due to the convenience and close proximity to workplace. Never had an issue with this Subway until today - One of the worst customer service I've ever received. Staff named "Maribel" needs to be spoken to about her behavior. She asked what I wanted in my sub, "lettuce, tomato, cucumber" - she asked again and again which I had to repeat myself 3 times. I then asked for "light mayo" and guess what, I got more than light. At that point, I expressed my disappointment and told her she needs to please listen. Rather than admitting fault, she turned it around and started giving me attitude, and even threw my sub at the counter (review cameras and you can see how the sub was tossed and came out of the bag). Ordered two footling subs today for pick-up, 1 Grilled Chicken and 1 Steak and Cheese. The receipt printout attached to my pick-up order confirms that I asked that both subs have cheese. When I got home, I discovered both subs were missing cheese. We all make mistakes but some mistakes are just ridiculously unlikely if you are, at a bare minimum, awake and mostly present at work. I don't know how someone can be employed by Subway and prepare the "Steak and Cheese" sub without including cheese. Ordered the Ultimate BMT. I noticed the preparer didn't follow the menu item and I ask for 2X provolone. so she checked the menu and added more cheese. I ask her not to charge me as it was on the menu. I also asked her not to put in tomatoes. She said the menu has tomatoes and if I didn't want them, she would charge me for the cheese. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION. Go to the location on PV Drive W/Hawthorne Blvd. this location is terrible!! I use mobile apps a lot these days after covid to just be able to walk in and grab your food. The employees at this location DO NOT KNOW HOW TO READ. They literally print out an order receipt that shows what you want on your sandwich and they still get it wrong. I literally order a Turkey Bacon Avocado sandwich which is the TITLE of the sandwich and I got home to find NO bacon or avocado!! The next time I ordered a Tuna sandwich with cheese and I paid $2 extra for avocado and I took off the bell peppers and I got NO CHEESE OR AVOCADO and the sandwich had bell peppers on it. I fill out the survey after I received the order both times and got the same automated message saying sorry and we'll refund the $2 you paid extra. NO THANKS. I won't go to this Subway again. This is probably the best Subway I have ever been to. It is consistently clean and tidy, with someone always working on improving the cleanliness of the establishment. Workers are friendly and welcome you with warm smiles, especially Hameeda. Hameeda was to one to make my sandwich and I have to say that it was the cleanest, neatest, tastiest Subway sandwich I have ever laid my tastebuds on. Hameeda was and extremely diligent and amicable worker that made my Subway experience an amazing one. I frequent this location a lot, even during Covid. However, I have been disappointed recently. Two weeks ago, my wife found a long strand of black hair in her sub that I had picked up. I come to this subway frequently and 9 out of 10 times I usually have a great experience. They are quick and are very gracious with the amount of veggies they put in your sub. Sometimes it does get a little packed in this subway, although it's rare and even if there is a line it moves pretty quickly. I recently had an experience where I never mentioned to put any mayo and the young man put mayo.. probably a brain cramp, but that's okay I will continue to go to this subway! read more

Otherwise you will find yourself eating too much bread. Anyway, pretty standard and pretty consistent. This place gets very busy and can be packed during lunch times.
