I just need a cup. Cook staff moved with efficiency but the dining area needed help. Customers are messy and someone needs to monitor that. A lot of people say I practically live at In-N-Out. But the fries? Could be better. I used to agree with the critics. Even though I thought the well-done fries were an improvement over the standard ones, they still weren't the main attraction. WELL. Then I went to this location and ordered the well-done fries, and they were hands-down the best fries I've ever had. Perfectly crispy, not burnt, golden, and somehow almost translucent. Every single fry was a little masterpiece. I actually went over to the manager just to tell her how amazing the fries were, and she told me Jose was working the fry station. A few visits later, I came back, saw Jose was there again, ordered the well-done fries, and--once again--absolute magic. So do yourself a favor: if you visit this location and if Jose is working, definitely order the well-done fries. Come in during my lunch break a few times. It's a busy location during lunch rush so give yourself more time to wait. Workers are kind and they are doing the best they can. Food is ok. What can make it better is to monitor the buns as they are being toasted because mines was a bit burnt. Nice location on a big shopping center. Can never go wrong putting spread on your burger. I usually get the cheese burger and tried the double double. Grilled onions are good but I also prefer raw onions. Wow. Wow. Wow. Wow. In-N-Out Burger is my favorite burger-- no, fast food-- no, restaurant-- no, location of all time. In-N-Out is the closest thing to paradise on Earth. Before going into the service and ambience, I need to address the elephant in the room. The fries. I will concede that In-N-Out is not known for their fries, HOWEVER, they are nowhere near as bad as people make them out to be. I believe the fries are the ABSOLUTE PERFECT MATCH for the In-N-Out burger. The thin, airy texture of the fries makes it an essential pairing with the thick juicy burger. Whether you choose to get your fries animal style is your prerogative-- I am personally against it since the cheese tends to harden quickly... but the main point I am trying to make is that IN N OUT FRIES ARE GOATED. If you believe that they taste bad then I deeply pity you, your narrow world view, and everyone who interacts with you on a regular basis. I am sorry. The workers at In-N-Out are not just employees, but they are angels sent down from heaven. I would trust any one of them with the life of my first born and much more. It's a good thing that In-N-Out doesn't allow tips because I would be FLAT OUT BROKE, giving all my money to the workers. I've been here so many times and surprised I haven't reviewed this location. I think this is the better Torrance location. Very consistent in all aspects, staff is always friendly and helpful. Very clean and normally pretty easy to get a seat. It can get very busy and crowded like all other locations. Parking is very easy in the lot, sometimes it's a bit annoying and takes some navigating due to drive through going through the lot, but park near Wells Fargo/home depot side and you'll be fine. However you like your order, they'll do a good job it. Can't really go wrong with whatever you order. My one complaint is that they don't do well-done fries like other locations. It just won't be well done or when you do get well done, you get the scraps. Overall solid location and you can't beat the price and quality read more

I love innout and their service is usually good. But when I was getting my food a worker accidentally almost gave it to someone else. But I caught it and said, "oh thatsmine, but could i get some spread." The worker in the blonde bun, THROWS me one spread while rolling her eyes. then walks away. The layout of the parking lot means that the line usually starts forming around the stop sign and back towards the Home Depot. I haven't been here in years so it was New Year's Day and was driving by and seen no line early in the morning so pulled up and the young lady outside was so kind and helped with order. This one is actually just an average normal In-N-Out ....not top notch 5 stars and not a one star. It is worth every three stars that I gave it. He came home in the worst mood EVER. He (ate on the car ride home) ordered a 2x2 spread only with extra spread. He said there was NO spread on there and definitely not EXTRA like he had asked for. The same review for his 3x3 burger. On top of the dry burgers, he asked for a pink lemonade with LIGHT ice and he said it was ALL ice. I saw the lemonade... it was all ice. Yay for In-N-Out! This one is in the Torrance Crossroads. It was a cheat day and I was craving their double double. The Mister opted for the combo with a burger w/a single patty, fries, and drink. All delish! Very consistent with other In-N-Outs. Friendly and efficient service. Years ago when I used to travel overseas, my first meal upon return would be at In-N-Out. Didn't get it this time but, animal style fries from their secret (not really) menu is always a winner. These fries have their "secret spread" with grilled onions on top. Didn't take any pics on this visit as I was ready to devour the burger. Lol This location was busy on a Sunday late afternoon and they managed to keep the dining area clean. Although there are many locations, this one was selected because my friend hadn't written a review for this one ... Yet ... In-N-Out is known for its freshness, consistency, reasonable prices, and quality. This location had the same well-trained, polite employees who keep busy and are helpful! I ordered a Double Double to avoid eating French Fries (which are super good when you ask for "well done"). I didn't even get a combo meal (includes a drink) because I'm trying to drink more water! The Double Double is two patties and two slices of cheese. Tomato, "spread", onion, and lettuce are included.
