I've always been a fan of Blaze Pizza for their incredible crust and customizable toppings, but my recent visit took things to a whole new level thanks to the incredible staff. From the moment I walked in, the energy was fantastic. The ingredients were fresh, the assembly line was moving efficiently, and my pizza came out perfectly crisp and fired to perfection. What really made this visit stand out, though, was the manager, Ericka. She was absolutely amazing! You can tell she truly cares about her guests and her team. She was actively on the floor, making sure everyone was being taken care of, checking in on tables, and maintaining a super positive, welcoming atmosphere. It's rare to see that level of genuine hospitality and hands-on leadership these days. read more

I have been to this Blaze Pizza (in Lancaster, California) several times, and I have always had a good experience while here. My most recent visit to this location was for Valentine's Day (2025). My valentine and I had just come from seeing a movie, but we weren't snacking during the movie, so we were both ready for a nice meal. We decided to come here because we wanted a meal that was relatively simple, but we also wanted to choose a restaurant that consistently had good food. The entrance was clean and inviting. Ordering took a little longer than it should have, but I believe this was because they were short-staffed during our visit. The food bins were a little messy, but all the bins appeared to be well-stocked with fresh ingredients. The young lady that made our pizzas was friendly and professional. We decided to sit inside while eating because it was a rather cold evening in Lancaster during our visit. When I looked around for someplace inside pleasant to sit, I was pleased to see how clean it was. In fact, there was not a single table that was dirty, so the Blaze Pizza team was obviously doing a great job of cleaning up the tables after customers departed. We only had to wait a few minutes until our pizzas were ready. They were magnificent, and we thoroughly enjoyed eating our delicious pizzas together while we talked about the movie we had just watched along with other topics. I have always been satisfied with the quality of the food and the customer service here, and this visit was no different. I'll definitely be back. read more

Bewray coming after 4pm ..... I have had at your Blaze Pizza location involving one particular employee. I am a regular customer and visit this location frequently, which is why I am especially disappointed that this issue has continued I want to make clear that every other employee I interact with at this location is polite. However, every time my order reaches this specific employee ( the oven ), the atmosphere immediately changes and I am met with attitude and unprofessional behavior. Whenever I politely ask for something simple, such as a little extra sauce, toppings, or ranch drizzle, he reacts with frustration by sighing loudly, puffing under his breath, mumbling comments, and speaking to me rudely. On multiple occasions, he has acted as though my requests were unreasonable. Most recently, requested that it be cooked well done because previous pizzas made during his shifts had come out undercooked and doughy in the center. When I checked the pizza, it was still not fully cooked. Instead of handling the situation professionally, he responded with attitude and said, "You wanted it well done then say sum ." Mind you i did budddy He placed the pizza back in the oven, but did not properly rotate or adjust it to cook evenly. I eventually had to ask him myself to rotate the pizza because one side was clearly cooking more than the other. Throughout the interaction he continued huffing, puffing, mumbling under his breath, and displaying visible irritation. After waiting even longer, I finally received the pizza with one side overly burnt and the other side unevenly cooked. At that point, I chose not to continue arguing because I did not want to escalate the situation further. I understand that food service can be stressful, and I have tried to remain patient and respectful every time I have visited. However, after repeated experiences involving rude customer service, I felt it was necessary to formally bring this matter to management's read more

It was late when we came in but they were still open, one girl was doing the orders and ringing up customers. The wait time was a little longer then expected but she did apologize for it and was very helpful through the whole build your own pizza process. I got the cauliflower crust (yes there's an up charge on it) but it's better than the gluten free crust they have. I got it with all the veggies I liked and then also grabbed a regular pizza as well. When mine was done she pulled it out and asked if I wanted it a little more crispy (knowing my crust takes a little longer). I took it as is, pizza was tasty and exactly what I wanted. Charging 80¢ for not even half filled ranch cups is so ass. I watched the worker grab the cup, flip it upside down so when he handed it to me it looked full. Yall should be ashamed! The small ass pizza is already $14 and now you're charging for ranch? Yall never use to charge for ranch and now 80¢ for a barely filled cup! So wack!! It sucks cuz you can get the drizzle on top of your pizza for no charge but if you want to take your pizza to go and not have it get all soggy you have to pay 80¢ for a tiny lil splash of ranch in a cup. Bunch of bull! If you want ranch with your to-go order, do yourself a favor and go across the street to Habit. Their ranch tastes better, they actually fill the cups up, and best of all, it's cheaper!! Sincerely to the manager who made the decision to start charging for ranch. Excellent service, the two servers assisting with dough and toppings were extremely friendly and food was made perfectly. When paying the cashier assisted with the Blaze application so that we were able to apply our discount. He also made us aware of the new reusable cups which was nice to have a larger beverage choice and a cup to use later. It was a very pleasant experience. This was the most disturbing and disguise experience. My son ordered a pizza with ricotta..we noticed a hair on the pizza and I took a picture of it. The hair was curly and possibly looked like a pubic hair. This is completely disgusting and I wouldn't recommend anyone to go to this place. read more

Devontae was a big help. We ordered 5 different pizzas and they managed them efficiently.

I started coming back to this store because there is an amazing young man that works here now that gives amazing customer service and he keeps the restaurant clean when he's there. The last 2 visits he has been off and the customer service is bad again. Today I walked in and there was a young lady sweeping the floor behind the counter. She greeted me and told me she'd be right with me. Awesome. Then she puts down the broom and dust pan and grabs gloves to put on without washing her hands. I asked her to please wash her hands 1st and she got an attitude with me and barely did so. She comes to make my pizza and was very sloppy. Rushing me when no one was behind me. I spoke with the manager about it and it didn't seem like she really cared either. We live in a time that restaurants are closing because of the higher food and labor costs. You all have to do better to keep the customers you still have. I will only order from here when the amazing young man is here. He actually cares that I'm spending my money there. Customer service has to be a priority. I'm not a mean or rude person. I'm very patient with them when they're busy. read more

This is one of my favorite pizza places today when I went in for my lunch, which I usually do about twice or three times a month today was not a good day. I usually get the pick two high-rise go the gentleman that helped me grab the dough from the second tray and it was hard and you can tell that it was it needed. It was over proofed, but he proceeded to do it anyway I usually get the Caesar salad but I wanted to try the meatballs today. My pizza was done. I waited about four minutes for the meatballs, which were horrible. I was expecting them to be cooked in the sauce. It was two frozen meatballs, sitting in sauce with cheese, feta cheese and pepper Cheaneys on the side I cut the meatball to taste it. It was still slightly cold. Yeah today I can say it was the worst day of me spending $16 that I usually would be glad to spend at blaze today was not a good day. I went in today around 2:10 PM. I've never gotten diarrhea from a pizza until yesterday when I got food from here. How do you even mess up pizza that bad :( If there was MOD pizza out here in the valley you guys would be out of business so quick, way better quality and never gave me food poisoning. The first employee had no good customer service and just kept making online orders till she was done then helped me.
