On October 20, 2025, I visited Subway Store #16846-0 and placed an order for two 12-inch subs and two 6-inch subs. I have been a loyal Subway customer for many years, but this visit was by far the worst experience I've ever had. Upon entering, I immediately noticed that the windows and food display glass were visibly dirty, and there were flies inside the restaurant, including inside the cookie display case. The overall environment appeared unsanitary, and the food itself looked like it was in poor and possibly expired condition. There were crumbs and food debris scattered throughout the preparation area, and the cutting boards appeared unclean. Additionally, the staff member who assisted me was unprofessional and unfriendly. I waited several minutes before being acknowledged, and when I was finally helped, I was met with a poor attitude. When checking out, the cashier overcharged me -- I ordered two 12-inch subs and two 6-inch subs, but was charged for three 12-inch subs and one 6-inch sub. Due to the restaurant's unsanitary condition and overall experience, my family and I did not eat the food, as we were concerned for our health and safety. I am therefore requesting a full refund for this order. Please investigate this location immediately, as it presents serious food safety concerns that could put customers at risk. Absolutely horrible service every time. I have never gone in and got what I wanted. They are 100% of the time low or out of stock on things as basic as lettuce.... The staff are in sweatpants and white t-shirts. Filthy. I don't know why I even stop by... over half the time I walk right back out because of lack of product or the terrible service. read more

This is THE WORST subway in Virginia I've only been here twice was passing through again today & just needed something quick until I made it home. I had to remind the guy to change his gloves. He had just wrapped a sandwich and was ready yo make mine I asked for wheat bread only if it was fresh soft - he replied ITS GOOD - I refused to have it toasted - I like fresh bread I drive home offer my daughter some and tried to cut the sandwich in half The entire top portion If the bread crumbled separated ITS AS HARDCAS A ROCK & DRY To at least salvage my $$$$$ spent I attempted to cut the hard crusty top off & attached is what I have left I took one bite the deli meat tastes old - warm not fresh at all - it tastes DISGUSTING NEVER AGAIN !!!!!!!!!! read more

Service in this location is friendly, fast and the subs are standard subway fare. We stop here frequently if we are in a rush and need a quick lunch. The aren't many options around so they get our business. I always order to go because the setup of the place is just so tight feeling to me. We use the app to accumulate points. read more

Best Subway around! The ladies and gentlemen there always give you great service with a smile. Plenty of great sandwiches to choose from and each one is made quickly with fresh ingredients. I work at e.m. Dodgers right next door so I've grown very close to the employees and owner of this Subway. They always make my day brighter and make me happier every time I go over for a sub. 02/07/2019 Walk in, manager greets me. Other employees say nothing. "Jordan A.," Take my order but doesn't say hi. Seems as if I'm bothering him. I ask him for double meet, he swings the door open then shuts it. After I pay for my food, he doesn't say "thanks for coming," "have a nice day." Nope just hands me a receipt. I love this subway! They are always nice.. The only problem is the owner always cuts your sandwich in like a 4 1/2 instead of a 6 inch.
