Expecting to see a sausage patty on a hamburger bun, instead we saw a long link of sausage on a section of a sub-style roll - think county-fair sausage peppers and onions. This sausage was delicious. It had good texture, flavor, and spiciness. Peppers were a combination of chopped red, yellow, and green, and the onions did not overpower. The roll was fresh and soft. This may be my new preference. The onion rings were a surprise also. The coating was thick, very crunchy, and did not fall off the onion. The other standout was that there was no oily mess. Even as they later cooled, they did not have that lingering taste of oil. There is no question that I'll be back to try something else. Parking is available behind the food truck.
