I love pizza 7 . We've only ordered via DoorDash (both delivery and pickup) and have NEVER had an issue! Our go-to order is 1 pepperoni pizza, popcorn chicken, Caesar (they stuff full of croutons), wings and onion rings. Their onion rings hit the spot; they're not fancy just CRISPY. This is the perfect place to order from if you're just looking for a quick meal that is available via delivery. They're always our clutch. We've picked up a few times, and the restaurant really is made for eating in. The employees there are very competent and accommodating. read more

I can only speak for the pizza in this review, but what a delicious slice of heaven. We sampled slices of pepperoni/mushroom and hawaiian, and both were way better than most Saratoga pizza places. House pie slices of whatever (great selection) heated up real nice will hit the spot - very fresh ingredients and high end cheese makes it very tasty - ask for a side of hot fresh marina sauce to dip it in - excellent pizza - on the standard one-bite scale I will go with 7.8 (and I'm from New Jersey, which is pretty much the best pizza out there) - next time I'm in Saratoga I will make it a point to stop in for another slice !! There are plenty of pizza joints around Saratoga, but I keep coming back to Pizza 7. It honestly tastes the best, and is one of the better values. Plus, my kids love it. (Last visited 3/11/2021 for takeout.) Hanging out in Saratoga Springs, NY at The Bourbon Room across the street I was allowed to bring my own food in since they don't serve any. I asked the bartender there to list me off the places that have the best wings in town and this place came up. So, because they were so close and affordable, I gave 'em a try and here's how it went! Atmosphere/Appearance: I mmmeeeaaannn... it's a pretty straightforward "pizza place". It's not there to wow you with decor or atmosphere, it's there to show your taste buds they mean business with their food. As of right now you're not allowed to sit inside and eat. That's cool. You can just pop a squat on the curb right outside or boom... take it to The Bourbon Room. Service: Again, nothing crazy, but the gentleman with the glasses behind the counter took good care of me. Food: So I got 3 flavors of wings... hot, honey BBQ and garlic parmesan. They were all VERY, VERY good I must say. None of the flavors were like, crack... where I felt I would drive from Connecticut to get these, but I would absolutely get all 3 flavors again if I'm in the area. The hot were drenched in a delicious hot sauce and not all Buffalo-y, which was great to me. Buffalo gets old after a while. The honey BBQ were delicious and sweet with a hint of spice. The garlic parmesan were done very well and had plenty of flavor, even the next day as leftovers! Value: 20 wings were only $20.99. That's basically $1.05 a wing and that's fantastic. They were of a decent size as well so they're absolutely worth it. In conclusion, I'd absolutely come here again. This place just pairs so well with The Bourbon Room across the street. The pizza is pretty standard. Thin crust, okay sauce, toppings minimal (ordered a mushroom pizza and got mostly mushroom confetti). Got fried mushrooms- they crumbled so easily from just picking them up. There weren't that great. The wings were good: cooked really well and juicy without being under done. But we weren't expecting a sweet almost bbq sauce though. We ordered mild, so we expected something savory for the wings. Then dessert, got the tiramisu. Basically whipped cream layered with vanilla cake, a thin slice too. Not really worth 5.99 at all. I really tried looking past it all. Seriously tried. The last straw though was the raspberry cheesecake my partner ordered- who thinks that putting Melba sauce on a slice of cheesecake was the right move??? How is that good? I can't get it over that. Visiting from out of town we stopped here for a slice after having a few drinks at The misfit and we were not disappointed. You never know what you're going to get when you stop at a late night eatery but we definitely made a good choice with this one. It was about midnight and there was a variety of options to choose from and a line already out the door that was growing quickly. The guys behind the counter were all business- order what you want and keep it moving! We ordered the broccoli white pizza and a sausage & pepperoni slice and they were both delicious. Just the right amount of cheese, not too greasy and the crust was light and airy. I would definitely go back. I didn't notice if they had any seating, most people were just standing around eating their slices. Ok as an IT guy I understand things happen, it's what happened next that made me mad. So I said I still wanted the food because my credit card was charged already and asked if they would give me a discount for my troubles? Nope! I was coming out of an event at the library and realized I needed pizza. Also realized that Pizza Seven was equidistant to D'Andrea's and Pizzaworks so decided to give them a try. A bad sign that this small place had very many prepped pizzas sitting on display... too many to be fresh. I ordered a slice of "supreme" and asked what was most popular as my second slice. The server said "Buffalo chicken" which to me is drunk boy food: something that's supposed to taste like something else. I settled on chicken parm and my order was ready in a couple of minutes. Sure enough, it was cold when I got it home but the first bite told me it wasn't worth waiting to heat up. Ordered while we were in town and they delivered right to our hotel room! They were also super fast, 30 mins or less. The staff was also friendly. Now, on to the food. It was just ok. The pizza was very average. It reminded me of Little Caesars pizza....the crust definitely was not fresh. Their Caesar salad was ok, romain lettuce with a lot of small croutons and that's it. We also ordered some wings, the medium sauce was good, a little more on the sweeter side than spicy but still decent. We ordered the wings extra well done (we always do this when ordering delivery), the wings were really soggy. Maybe, from delivery? I don't know, never have this issue with other pizza places. The delivery took an hour and a half. When they got to my house, they didn't come to the door, instead they called the phone that the order was made from (note that they didn't ask for a phone number when I ordered). I had to call them back and they sent the driver back out. I am giving this place 1 star because of their disregard for the customer. I ordered 4 pizzas, 3 cheese and 1 veggie WITHOUT cheese. When I went to pick up the pizzas, I discovered that the veggie pie was made with cheese. When I pointed that out to the person at the register, who had taken the order over the phone, she said I hadn't said no cheese. I told her I had specifically asked for no cheese on the veggie, and she said, "no you didn't," and when my friend who was with me told her he had heard me order the pie with no cheese, she said, "no he didn't." The pie was for my wife and I; I am a vegan and she is allergic to cheese. No matter, there was no offer to make a new pie with no cheese. The girl who had taken the order and was now debating me made no attempt to make the situation right. Rather, she apparently did not want to acknowledge her mistake in getting the order wrong, but blamed me instead for not ordering correctly. I have had the experience in other places of them putting cheese on a veggie pie when I ordered it without, and I've never been questioned, challenged, or second guessed. This place is my go-to when I want delivery. They never dissapoint. Whether it be burgers, garlic knots, pizza, wings, or dessert, Pizza 7's got your back. The food isnt mind-blowing, but it's pretty good. They have quite a few vegetarian options as well. Plus, they have pretty good prices relative to their portion sizes (big). Came across this spot while I was staying in the area. We placed and order and the guy that came after us received his order first. While chatting with the guy outside, he decided to place his order online than calling, we called. Once we finally got our food....the bread had this stale taste & texture to it.
