The balance of ingredients is always perfect and I love the crunchy vegetables paired with hummus and balsamic. I never leave without an order of falafel and hummus, too. My first visit to this location included a small order mix-up, but the staff was friendly, helpful and quick to make it right. Customer service like that goes a long way in my book. I have never been so grossed out in my entire life. The fact that a bug made it into my food raises serious questions about cleanliness and food safety at this location.
