Never again Three strikes and they're out unless you wanna wait in line for 20 minutes and still have them mess up your order be prepared the first time I ordered it took 20 minutes the next time I ordered it still took 20 minutes and the fish fillet sandwich didn't have any fish. Amazing customer service! Every single person here is sooooo nice and I'm glad we came today on a Saturday afternoon/evening. I was initially a little worried to come to this location given all the awful reviews but I was pleasantly surprised. Went here with my friends, many things happened. They messed up my friends orders. Called one friends number but the food in the bag was my other friends order. When we called it out and asked for it to be fixed the person working the counter gave a lot of attitude to fix it and give us what we paid for. After about 15 minutes of waiting I got my food, but no drink. The worker kept going back and forth and I asked nicely for it. Finally got the drink and they walked away as I asked politely for sauce. The people working in the back were staring at me while I was standing there waiting. I asked for sauce please and I got yelled at by the person working at the counter. During our time there she was also rude to other customers. Went to this McDonalds hangry and with it being our last option, as it was 1am in the morning. Normally, the middle of the night is a prime time for McDonalds to be less than it's regular quality, but at this location, it was spectacular: friendly staff, well-made food, and being open so late. Went here earlier today. Nicest looking modern McDonald's I've ever been in. All updated with touch screen ordering. Pretty cool. It takes longer to order your food here than ordering from a person. I ordered food from the touch screen. No issues. However the girl who works there says their ice cream machine and slushie maker are not working and asks me if I want something else. I just got sodas instead. Also the screen order and table number marker says clearly that they will bring over to you. The girl simply yelled out my order number expecting me to get it. Normally I wouldn't care if that happened if I was by myself. However I was with my toddler and would have made it much easier for me so I didn't have to bring her up and carry all of our food while holding her. Also I ordered a 6 piece nugget and got 5 nuggets. Based on previous reviews appears this McDonald's needs some more intervention by management. read more

Zero stars! Ignorant manager didn't bother to check order receipt before angrily accusing me of trying to get a free side of bacon. I had ordered two sides but only gotten one. Instead of checking the order history or just listening when I attempted to explain why I returned to the window, the manager "Samia" endlessly cut off anything I tried to say and aggressively accused me of trying to get free bacon. It was bizarre. There was one young man who was calm and polite and printed the receipt to show that there should have been two sides in the order. Aside from him the other staff was surly and apparently very angry people. Would not trust food from them going forward. The situation was bonkers! Living 5 minutes from this location, I often went to this McDonald's and almost every time, I had a bad experience. When they say "Open 24/7" they're lying. Went here once around 11 and was told they were closed while looking at the sign that says "Open 24/7". Went another time late at night and as my friend was ordered a BURGER the drive thru worker continued to tell her they "ran out of chicken".
