Very often busy but never more than a few minute wait and staff is always on it to keep it rolling. Always a spot to sit by a window if you have time. She was very overwhelmed during the morning rush on a Saturday, and it took a very long time to receive my iced mocha. She was working hard, and I did appreciate her great attitude through it all. I am not giving 4 star for her effort, but rather the rest of the staff who just seemed content to let her falter and not help her out.

My coworkers left hungry when their platters included only 2 slices of brisket. Points for creativity on their sides. I love the variety of options, but none met my expectations in the slightest.
