The couple running it, Jen and Zach, are engaging, knowledgeable, enthusiastic and fun! Everything is prepared in house with a focus on quality, the quality bread is imported from Miami, the portions are plentiful and the tastes are well balanced and delicious! Please note, seating is quite limited, so we (Peter N and I) made sure we arrived first, before they opened at 11am. I can't say what your odds are of getting a seat but I'd suggest being flexible and enjoy! I won't describe my meal in detail since you won't be able to duplicate it! Remember, the menu changes! Uncle Funz Provisions is a tiny hole-in-the-wall shop and like I mentioned earlier, only open for 16 hrs a week, but it is a must if you are in the area at the times they're open: Limited but exciting wine selections, more than one caviar option, and an eclectic menu that changes every week. All-Star Elite Dave W and I showed up 15 minutes before opening time to ensure we would get seats, but EVERY person who entered this shop while we were there was a local regular. The staff are doing what they can but something needs to give. Knowing how busy they are at lunch time, I placed an online order and showed up at the pickup time. They hadn't even started it and the ticket board was full as was the line of customers yet to order. MANAGEMENT: Hire more people and set up a second area for staff to handle the online/call in orders. With Publix being gone you are the only sandwich shop in the complex. It will only get worse as construction starts on the new Publix being built with all those workers coming in.

On the 4th I finally got an "oh, what did you want?" Had the turkey fig and their Italian. The sandwiches are not hearty for $14. The days of a $12 hero sandwich are over.
