We went through the drive-through and the lady working was so sweet we were chatting up really nice and she got my order and everything and I went on my way to the window. They handed me my drink first and a little after I got my food. We decided to eat when we got home and the food was still good for a 15min drive. The fries were still hot and the chicken tenders was pretty good.

Unfortunately I was disappointed. The tenders are flavor-less! I had two orders of the 4 piece combo and upon biting one of the tenders. Immediate let down. I remember raising canes being THE GO TO place in tally. But this ... not just 1 of the orders both! There was zero seasoning or any attempt to give these meal a Taste to want to come back to. Service was great, the management was great. But unfortunately after a 40 min drive there and back home. I was not willing to return to let them know about my disappointment.

I genuinely like this place, but my latest visit was a gentle reminder that even the greats have their off nights. We grabbed a spot on the outdoor patio, which is great because there are tons of TVs playing sports to keep you entertained. And you're going to need that entertainment, because the vibe this particular evening was heavily operating on "island time." I started to wonder if our server had to physically row to an island to get our order. It was a very long wait just to be acknowledged, and an even longer wait for drinks. Funniest part? My beer arrived well before my water. I was incredibly parched, and while I appreciate a cold brew, I didn't exactly want to shotgun my beer just to survive the drought. The tap water finally made its grand, triumphant entrance a solid 20 minutes after we sat down. When it came time to order, we met the Upcharge Enthusiast. Here's the deal: burgers come with rice and beans by default. If you want Bob's fries, that's a $2 upcharge. I tried to shoot for the stars and upgrade to onion rings. The response? A firm, almost offended no. "Those are an appetizer," I was informed. Honestly, our server seemed to derive a bizarre, villainous amount of joy from telling me things were an upcharge. Hey, whatever brings you happiness, just take my two dollars and make the fries happen. After the drinks took a serious scenic route, the food came blazingly fast out of the kitchen, but when it finally arrived...wow. The burgers here are absolute behemoths. You literally have to unhinge your jaw like an anaconda to take a bite. I have to admit, they are undeniably amazing. One bite almost makes you forget you spent the first half of the evening contemplating drinking water out of a patio planter. Pro-tip: Bring paper money! They give you a nice little discount if you pay in cash. Overall, I still really like this joint. Every restaurant is allowed to have a rough service night every now and then, and this just happened to be one of them. I'll definitely be back although I just might pre-hydrate in the parking lot next time.

All of the ingredients were fresh and the bun for the burger and chicken sandwich was surprisingly soft, chewy and held together well. The pasta was cooked well but it lacked any flavor and was so dry with no apparent addition of cheese to the dish.

Plenty of handicap parking right outside the door. As soon as we entered we were greeted and told to sit anywhere. Culver's is a cut above your regular fast food restaurant. Yes, you order at the counter, but they give you a numbered marker and deliver the food to your table. FAST. I ordered the Make Your Own Butter Burger. Double patty, onions, pickles, lettuce, mustard, bacon ($1.50), mushrooms ($1.50), and Swiss cheese. It's the same as the mushroom burger with bacon added, but if you add it all up, it's slightly less expensive to build your own. Add medium fries and a medium soft drink, total was $15.50. The burger was tasty, above and beyond what you would get at a nationwide fast food place. You know you have a packed burger when The toasted bun can't contain all the ingredients. The fries were perfect: nicely browned, crisp, and lightly salted. Pretty good meal for the price.

We were so excited but after spending over $50 on 5 pieces of chicken, a yum burger, side spaghetti, palabok, fries and a coconut icy.... We felt it was pretty pricy for 2 adults and 2 kids. The service, was fast food centric and of course they messed up the order and forgot the icy. Oh well. My chicken was passable (I got spicy) but the regular chicken was gross and the guys refused to finish it. The yum burger tastes ultra processed (but still a step up from Whitecastle), the spaghetti was interesting with a banana sweetened ketchup sauce overtop that was slightly unique. The palabok was the most interesting, but somehow also tasted fast foodish and not "fresh". Jollibee's must taste better in other countries? This is our second time trying and every time we leave poorer, disappointed, and with a slight stomachache. Def felt less "jolly" after eating here. No thank you.
