Everyone's always so kind Maggie is the sweetest. And I should mention it's always so clean. I've never had issues with my order.

We ate here yesterday and the young guy with black hair who has worked here for a while did a great job. We had a good size order with a lot of requests and he made the sandwiches really good and quickly. There was a bit of a rush of people after us, but he still focused on making our food good and was still quick and efficient so he could continue with the customers after us and the online orders. Hopefully whoever is in charge of this store recognizes him for his good customer service and making the food quickly and good. read more

The employee was very respectful but unfortunately not the most sanitary. He put on gloves to handle the food but he used the touchscreen of the cash register and THEN worked on my sandwich. So yeah, he grabbed all the vegetables right after using the touchscreen. read more

This evening I picked up some sandwiches at subway as it was a hot evening and I wanted something light. The facility was clean and staff were pleasant. There was a new girl who was training and very sweet. I noticed she had small hands and was only provided large gloves- her poor gloves were an issue and management ought to supply the store with small and medium gloves. If management is reading this - try on gloves 2 sizes too big and do a line of sandwiches and see how fast you are. I ended up tipping the sweet girl as she worked her best given the lack of resources she had available to her. read more

Weve gone here randomly over the years and it seems the quality is going down of late. I thus hope a current review will assist managers to improve their quality. We ordered a chicken rosemary wrap and when I got it home and unwrapped it it was soggy and was loosely rolled, in part I believe it was due the quantity of ingredients lacking. Their tuna also looked watery and thus we opted for chicken, which also wasnt good, sadly we didnt know until we got home so we had to trash the food. I stopped in before heading home, decided to ignore the reviews. They had just mopped, felt so bad to walk in, yet they were all friendly. Rachel helped me decide on a salad. She suggested heating the oven roasted chicken with mozzarella cheese, to top my salad. I'm in! While it heated, she loaded and chopped up my salad (freaking huge, BTW, and I like big a$$ salads) Everything was fresh, the warm melty cheese on the chicken was a perfect touch. Great call, Rachel! We went in tonight (Friday) to get a couple of sandwiches. We noticed right away that they where so disorganized.... It seems that they decided to put a new guy on the line, a guy who screwed around more than he worked and a lead guy?...that might have other issues going on in life! By the time we waited for 2 other customers to get their sandwiches, we approached the counter. Our son ordered his sandwich and my wife and I started to order ours....only to find out they were out of white bread rolls.... on a Friday night?????! Just a little warning... I just came from this shop and the cashier not only tried to stiff me out of my change but also scam the owners she works for. Which sucks, because this used to be my favorite Subway. She made my sandwich, no problem. I went to pay and pulled out a $20. She started to ring me up but didn't type my $20 in to the machine. She then opened up the cash drawer without inputting my $20... It would have read the correct change and not the original $6.90 charge still... She slowly calculated my $3.10 change in her head and tried to hand it over. Uhm. I don't think so! I immediately corrected her. She immediately handed over the ten, which was sitting separate from the rest of the cashier money, so obviously she was just going to pocket it if I hadn't noticed as fast as I did. F***ing scammer! I'm very tempted to let the owners of this Subway know what she's up to and I probably should. I doubt I'm the first person she's tried to rip off and I likely won't be the last. All I wanted was a Sweet Onion Chicken Teriyaki foot long on 9-Grain Honey Oat Bread with no cheese, no sauce, and all the veggies; with a "sub of the day" Italian B.M.T. because it was Thursday. I was met with a eye-roll and an impromptu demonstration on how to put on gloves in the slowest most tedious and vengeful way possible. After that came me enjoyably repeating the order, several times, with sincerity and mirth... She wasn't having it though, and expressed how crummy it was to work at Subway and that the company was once owned by a molester. Meh! That sucks. I was sorry to hear it. The first sandwich was made wrong, but I didn't care because I wasn't eating it. The B.M.T. was mine and it tasted like wheat dough with veggies and slices of meat flavored wax inside, but was made correctly and to my specification. Didn't get my chips, though. Meh! After being a loyal customer for 20 years I tried to use their app to get a discount. The chef made me fill it out on the app even though I was right there in the store and nobody else came in the entire time I was there. The app doesn't have options I wanted. The chef said to just tell him what differences I wanted. There is also no place to complain about the app, the customer service phone number which didn't have any humans but suggested they might later without details, or the online complaint which only allows us to complain about particular locations. Bad treatment and terrible corporate customer relations. They get the 2nd star because they had been good for so long before this inexcusable treatment. read more

This Subway is by far the worst I have ever been to. Most of the employees are rude and the management sucks. Here are a few of the inconveniences I have encountered my past couple of visits. 1. They were completely out of bread, their only option was fucking cardboard tasting wheat flatbread! 2. They were completely out of mustard! What's a sandwich shop without mustard? 3. No onions either! 4. Majority of my past few visits have seemed to be during their ''lunch rush'' with a line almost out the door. Only two employees making the sandwiches while the supposed ''Manager'' just seems to sit back, on his phone and watch, not offering any help at all.
