Come here quite a bit to order sandwiches for the family. Today at 1:45 I arrive to quite the line. There is only one worker working and line is to the door. I've been waiting 20 minutes so far and have yet to order. I use their Catering all the time & LOVE THE SERVICE I receive from the young man who's in charge of the store. I'm sorry I keep forgetting his name (maybe Mario?) but he gives me the one on one experience & everyone loves these sandwiches when I bring them in. The store is immaculate, nothing out of place & clean. The sandwiches are made "right then" when I come in & pick them up, so I know they are fresh. Last time I ordered the Turkey, Ham, Tuna & Combo, this time I just ordered the Tuna & Turkey. I keep expecting leftovers & I always have to remember to grab mine before I set the platter down because it's "hands & elbows", before I know it....it's all gone!!!! The sandwiches are delicious, the bread is soft (sometimes warm), my favorite is "all of them". Next time you want something different, GO TO SUBWAY in Trabuco Canyon. read more

not really here to talk about how bad subway is, i loved this place so much and the workers were really nice. but i got the most intense food poisoning from here. it was such bad food poisoning that certain things and smells made me gag for the next 3 or so months after. i don't even want to go into detail on how painful this food poisoning was. read more

I stopped in today and think these bad reviews are a hoax!!! My son and I were treated with the utmost courtesy and patience as we decided what exactly we wanted. I couldn't have been more pleased and the food itself was excellent!!! Maybe something has changed since those last reviews but we will def be return customers!! Just left Subway @ Plano Trabuco, Robinson Ranch, and was aghast at the poor quality of meats. Started to order a "Hot Pastrami" but I noticed that the meat was riddled with fat. So, I changed to "Hot Roast Beef", whereupon the server began scooping the "beef" out of the container with an ice cream scoop. I asked, "What kind if roast beef has to be scooped out? Don't you have slices of beef? That looks like crushed beans." He just stared at me. "Would you like something else?" "Yes, please. I'll take a chicken breast sandwich. Is it real chicken?" No answer. While I sat at a table waiting, I Googled "Subway chicken and learned that a DNA test by the FDA revealed that it's actually about 47% soy. I paid the man but threw the sandwich in the trash. Subway's permanently off my list. Sad, too, because I was there 20+ years ago on their opening day, and the pastramis were large and great. Used to be a good place to eat. Now, it's where sandwiches suck and must be thrown out. read more

We came here on Thursday, October 25, 2018 at approximately 6PM. I ordered a cold cut combo for the daughter and it was delicious!!! The guy who was working today was amazing!! He was working ALONE and there was a line of people ordering 2 or more sandwiches at a time, and never once he lost his cool! He took orders calmly and politely and made the sandwiches with no complaints! He was very friendly, patient, respectful and answered all customer's questions with no hesitations! Unfortunately, I didn't see his name tag. But if you're reading this, YOU DID AN AMAZING JOB!! I can't believe how patient you were with everyone, considering you were working alone! Volunteered at Robinson ranch jog a thon and over loud speaker subway said free sandwich when you buy one so but one get one free so after the jog a thon went to this subwAy ordered sandwich for teacher and ordered another one for the a other teacher told them it was but one get one free after the sandwiches where made they said it's only the 6 inch ones went back to school and had the jog a thon on film not once did they say 6 inch sandwich only so they lost out of 50 sales that day because we went to Togo s instead will never go back read more

AWESOME JOB YOU GUYS!!! I went in Sunday evening to get some dinner. I got the 3 foot longs for $18.99, now that's a deal. I usually go to the subway closer to my house( by I Hop) but this one just won me over! As soon as I walked in the door I was welcomed by two teenagers, I was surprised cause usually now a days some just care about getting you out the door, but surprisingly, I was asked how my weekend was going and what plans I had for the week... I've been in here many, many times. I've had some decent experiences and some bad ones. My biggest complaint is that the snotty girl they hired refuses to wash her hands after smoking or handling money (and who knows what else). I've seen her do it several times. When I got her as my sandwich maker, she had just come back in from her smoke break and kinda reeked. I froze for a minute as she started demanding that I order, as I wasn't expecting to get her. I hesitated, thinking whether or not I should just walk out and not say anything. But she was standing there impatiently demanding my order, so I politely asked her is she would wash her hands before she prepared my food. She gave me a really nasty look, then huffed and turned around and ran water over a piece of her hand for about 1 SECOND (no soap, no towel, nothing) before turning around, handling the gloves all over, and acting as if water was going to melt her skin, and began demanding my order again. She has a terrible attitude and terrible personal hygiene. Appalled, I walked out that day without ordering and never returned. I don't know why someone would employ a person like that to work in the food industry. read more

I went to this subway because it is a little closer to me than the onw i usually go to and there is significantly less traffic on a friday night but id rather wait 10 minutes for a parking spot to open than to deal with the guy behind the counter. they dont keep consistent evening hours. especially on sundays they randomly close early. very inconvenient and unprofessional.
