Service was HORRIBLE! I came in the other day and got the protein wrap asked the worker if I could add pickles to it and they told me no problem but when I came in today some guy with long hair working looked at me when I came in and didn't even say hello then when I tried to order the protein wrap he wouldn't even let me add pickles which I get is the rules or whatever but he was rude about it then I asked for a ft long flatbread instead and he snapped up and said they didn't have flatbread then I asked for a ft long with the regular bread and asked if I was able to get half steak half chicken and instead of saying no he starts to make the sandwich and then proceeds to cut it in half and try and charge me for two 6 inch subs instead of a footlong and never told me it would be two separate sandwiches then when I said I wasn't paying $20 for two 6 inch subs he said he cant do 2 different meats once the subs were already made. Worst subway sandwich I've ever had.. Meat was only on half the sandwich. No herbs on the Italian herbs and cheese bread. Last couple bites of each half was just bread and sauce. There was several vegetables I didn't get on my sandwich, wrapped up with my sandwich. I currently had a bad experience with one of the employees name Chris. He works nights. I went inside and greeted him but got ignored. Then While he was making my sub he kept looking at the clock and a group of customers came in and he threw a fit. He told me he was going to kick the customers out because he was tired. This subway is open 24 hours - can you say late night munchie heaven? I can. The kids working here are pretty friendly and competent. The shop is clean which I love. It's a chain store so the food offerings are not new and exciting and mind blowing but it's good and quick and cheap. read more

This location seems to always be clean and inviting. Super easy to pop in and eat half a sub before grocery shopping at Winco to keep yourself from buying the entire store because you are hungry! They do carry a Gluten Free bun here as a bread choice, so thats nice for me. They also dont flinch when you order a sub as "forkable" (everything you would have on the sub, but over the lettuce so its kind of a salad). Cookies are fresh, and usually warm, too. I absolutely LOVE THIS SUBWAY!! I go here often and the staff are AMAZING! Most fast food restaurants hire younger people, and sometimes the service suffers NOT AT THIS SUBWAY!! As I said I have been here several times so I have more than one time to account for and every time I have come in here I have been greeted with EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE !! So whoever is in charge of hiring and interviewing here GREAT JOB!! This subway is also always clean, well stocked with chips, drinks (as far as milk, OJ, bottled soda) I comment on this because more than once at other subways they have been out of chips, or milk, etc. so that is always appreciated! This subway is open super late or maybe all night. I'm not sure but I've been there pretty darn late. The staff there are always super nice and when I went in all the tables were bused which is an important sign for me. Impeccable cleanliness both behind the counter and in the showroom as well as in the bathroom. I work down the road and eat here occasionally. They are all friendly and get people through the lines quickly. You can tell they work well together as a team. My sandwich has never been sloppy (beyond the normal slop) and I'm usually pretty happy. Today I went there and there was someone working behind the counter who was clearly sick. She was only working the register (thankfully) but she was hacking the entire I was in there and didn't even have a voice to talk to me. I understand being short staffed sucks. I also understand you can't stay home every time you're sick. But this lady was clearly very sick and I was a bit grossed out that her sickness was floating around where my food was and also hesitant to touch my bag she handed me simply because of the germs that would be passed on.
