This is the first El Pollo Loco I have been to that has no inside seating, there is only a drive thru or patio dining and bathrooms are outside in the back of this location. It seemed newer and it was clean and maintained well, the bathrooms were also very clean, which for being outside was a bit of a nice surprise. Although the concept is nice and I had no issues, I would prefer the option to dine inside or outside, so I am dropping the rating a bit here. The servers were OK, not too friendly, but then again I just grabbed my food and asked for one refill, could have been an off day. Either way, not a bad location, food is always quick and good and a good option when traveling in the area, I always recommend El Pollo Loco. I want to add, I got a personal pizza here and dough was severely undercooked. I have also seen people keep their food prep gloves on while handling register.
