Absolute WORST customer service possible in the history of EVER. Was looking forward to some dinner Tuesday night, 7:20pm, EMPTY parking lot, chose to hit the drive through with 1 other car in front of me. Checked out the DT menu for quite a while before pulling around. EVERY SINGLE time I have visited here, I have placed my order after pulling forward, an employee would come out, respectfully, polite, we would chat, they would take my order and return inside. But NOT TODAY YALL. After pulling forward, I was introduced to the rudest employee I have EVER encountered. After a scolding dirty look, and with the rudest tone possible, the mean lady told us we passed the speaker to order. Is this speaker something new ? Because I have never been prompted to use it ? I was already shocked at her demeanor with my family. I submissively mentioned that we were at the menu for quite a while, and no one said anything. YALL, she really did yell back "WE WERE BUSY!!" "NEXT TIME YOU WAIT !!" Please keep in mind, we were never greeted, never acknowledged, never asked to wait. We felt extremely awkward, belittled and attacked within seconds of being approached. I refused to order my food and we decided to leave for the fear that something was truly wrong with this employee. Please be careful if you decide to risk coming here, also shield your children from the attitude and pure disrespect of this female employee. To the owner / management - SUPER NOT COOL ( cause your pastrami is bomb ) Pastrami 10/10 Customer Service - SUPER BELOW PAR I recommend a new hiring person.

Please see images. You know, I thought I'd go to the local guy and give him some business but it looks like I'm the one that got the business. This was a pretty sad little pastrami sandwich.

I hate to show my age but I've been coming here since the late 90s/early 2000s. Half-days at OJHS and walking a few blocks over to eat here with half the student body is such a core memory for me now. I recently moved back and started visiting some old spots and it still holds up. Everyone is friendly, attentive, and the food is great as ever. Unsure if it's the same ownership since then but they've stayed very consistent to me. You can do mobile orders through their site, it's user-friendly and very simple to work through.

Dry queen burger skimping on shredded lettuce

They could have improved by acknowledging my complaint and concerns after 3 last orders in last two weeks Queen burger very disappointed became frustrated with Charlie's food service and crew. No improvement no apologies What she said was "next time order at drive through speaker" my response then 'I wouldn't have been able to tell you of disappointment'. As we drove off with another disappointment They in back loud rude laugh. Here is our last burger. No mayo skimped on shredded lettuce that attributed to burger

Queen burger with avocado, ketchup and mustard
    Jose M.

Let me start off by saying it's more of a 3.5 than a 4 but not close to be a 3. I had the queen burger with avocado ketchup and mustard. I also had a side of fries with ranch. The fries weren't really anything special and while the ranch looks homemade, the taste was fine. I say this because amazing fries with amazing ranch to dip them in is one of my favorite things. The burger was good. It wasn't gourmet or mind blowing but I would say it's a step up from your typical chain. Beef had good flavor and everything meshed very well as a complete burger. Not overly big or messy just a nice burger. The reason for the stars is because the price is on point with the chains but it's definitely a better flavor. The value to taste is great so if you're looking for a better burger for a good price then try them. I will say that the downside for me was the fact that it took 15 minutes to get the burger. There were only 2 people in front of me and the server took my order before even getting to the window. I have to believe it's the fact they make everything when you order it but plan accordingly.

OMGAAAAAAAWD...I first off have to thank the staff working! Professional and always cheerful! The Burgers compare to a local beach outside of Lompoc...Jalama Burgers!! The burgers are great size and cooked delicious!!! Same for zucchini fries & their crinkle fries! ONE order is Plenty to share! Falafel is great for those eating vegetarian...delicious and fresh!! Worth visiting!!!

I tried based on reviews. Not sure they were real reviews. Huge burger bun, dry burger and not even cooked fries.

We ordered a BBQ chicken pizza which was surprisingly delicious and the wife ordered a beer. We sat in the bar area and I decided to go with the self pour option where they give you a card to tap a sensor and select any beer on tap to pour yourself. Me and a buddy of mine had some issues with a few of the self pour taps where we just believed they were out of beer and it also over charged us. I told a server about my single issue where it over charged me and he said he would take care of it but my friend had the worst of luck. 2/3 beers he attempted to pour were simply out. This was when Jess, our savior came to the rescue. When it was time to pay the tab, she comped both of our orders. Mind you, I had 4 beers. Guess what the total was? Yeah, $28. Paid for my wife's beer and our pizza and because I had a single complication with the beer self pour station, she comped the 4 beers I had as well as my friend's order. This is Grade A customer service and a reason why I'd return to Blast 825 Brewery, so shoutout to Jess! We all appreciate you.

While I had high hopes for a good meal, the experience was significantly marred by several issues: Poor Service: We were largely ignored, with staff failing to address requests. The restaurant appeared severely understaffed, leading to incredibly long wait times for service. It took 25 minutes to be asked what we were drinking, and another 20 minutes for two beers to arrive Food Quality Issues: The food served was of low quality, specifically corn rib appetizer were ice cold , the tri-tip was very over cooked and was difficult to chew. My wife ordered the orcutt hill salad entree. The salad was missing two ingredients. Prosciutto and candied pecans. When asked about it the waitress said I will bring you some. She brought a cup of smoked ham, not prosciutto. She indicated that the kitchen was out of candied pecans. Don't you think that should be disclosed to the customer before ordering ? The salad was small, not an entree size. When we asked about seeing a manager, we got a bill with a neighborhood 15% reduction. When asked about that, I was told, that's all the manager is willing to do. Really ? I hope you take this feedback seriously to improve the experience for future guests. Sincerely, A Disappointed Customer

Wow! This is a great spot. Great food, great service and great atmosphere…read more We had eaten at Jackos Steakhouse the night before and were so disappointed. Almost didn't come here as thought we'd end up with the same... Upon walking in we were greeted by hostess right away asking if we wanted to dine in bar, dinning room or patio. It was a nice night and contemplated patio but the bar lounge area looked inviting and chose the space with hair on hide backed booth and comfy chair. I settled in the corner booth, it was so comfy. Such a nice treat from the night before on hard wooden chairs at that other place... Our waitress was so nice and friendly. She was slammed but very attentive. Sitting back and watching the very busy bar, you saw locals coming and going and staff knowing them all. So encouraging. We settled in on the Bullseye, the largest version aka Ribeye and shared it. I went ahead and added an extra salad for me and just shared the rest of sides. Comes with a shrimp cocktail with the babiest shrimp, I've never seen them that tiny. I don't rate sea food so I just watched. The hubs likes sea food but prefers fried shrimp. He ate a few bites but again it's not really his thing. I got the side salad with ranch and he got clam chowder. He loved his clam chowder. I was pleasantly surprised at the mixed green salad. Everything was great! Steak cooked perfectly with great taste and tender. Baked potato was so good. The beans had a great taste, I'm not a huge bean person but something was up and I enjoyed a few bites and two slices of bread drenched in the bean gravy juice, so good! I asked for a side of chimichurri sauce (saw it on the menu), I used that for my steak and it was a great flavor adder; it didn't need it I'm just a sauce condiment person. We were stuffed but I decided to get dessert to go. Settled on the flourless chocolate mousse cake. Before leaving notice a couple tables over had what looked like a chocolate cake square with ice cream on top. I was hoping that wasn't what I ordered... because I was expecting more torte/mousse. Upon arrival at our RV I checked and yes I got what I was expecting! Even stuffed I just had to have a bite, OMG! So amazing. The slice of mousse cake/kinda like a soft torte came with fresh raspberries, strawberries and mint. A bite of that chocolate with a berry was heaven! The restaurant has such a great feel, think decor you'd find at ranches in Texas, plush seating, cattle pictures. We felt at home and can't wait to come back. Planning on the hubs getting his chowder us sharing beef skewers and a twice baked potato. He might just get two bowls of chowder! Then more dessert as they have a pastry chef on staff who likes to change up offerings.

The staff threw in pepper and Tapatio which the hubs loves. I had Yellow Bird Blue Agave Sriracha in my travel trailer and used a little on it. OMG! It was so good! The potatoes had a nice crunch on them. That gravy was amazing. The biscuit was great, had a bite and saved the rest for later. The hubs managed to eat his whole plate and was stuffed!
