Has to be the worse subway I've been too and sadly it's the closest one to us. We walked in and didn't even get acknowledge for like the first felt like five minutes at least. And I understand they were busy, but it's part of customer service to acknowledge the customers that have arrived. Then once a lady finally starts taking our order without even saying hi or anything, it looks like she could care less about her job over here talking about. She's leaving at three doesn't matter who's coming or not, and our sandwiches are horrible. She couldn't even cut our sandwiches correctly. She put my order on my husband's bread and his on mine, he said no onions, she filled it with extra onions. He said no toasted, she toasted it. I said mayo and light teriyaki sauce. She drowned it in teriyaki sauce and put no mayo. It's almost like she intentionally did the things we asked her not to do. They need to be shut down or find better workers. It's hard to find people who give their best efforts. Especially on days they expected off. I was pleasantly surprised as the young lady put in some effort. After politely informing me that she couldn't hear me properly, I pulled to the window to try making it easier. She went above and beyond to get a sandwich that I ordered. Location is updated but usually not very clean. Service is not great and we always have to wait for our pickup order after ordering well in advance on the mobile app. Our most recent order took 45 minutes after ordering to pick up our food. I tell them I'm waiting for the pickup and they proceed to make four customers' orders in line before working on mine that was placed 20 minutes prior to arriving. Food was not correct but many others were waiting on their online orders so we took the food as-is. This location has gone down so much since they first opened. I have not eaten at this spot in many years, but it was a horrible disaster of a Subway. The floors and tables are filthy. Dried, sticky spots of who-knows-what on the majority of the tables along with day old crumbs of bread, multiple articles of trash on the floors including napkins and cup lids. The glass covering the meats and vegetables is smeared with sauces and streaks of what I can only guess is meat juice. The only bread available is a multi-grain, which is limiting on selection. There also seems to be gnat or small fly infestation as there are small swarms hovering around some of the tables. Would and will not return here or recommend to anyone. read more

I don't care what anyone else ever says - this subway has a the nicest workers. Clean facility, fun energy, good food.

Created an order through the Subway app for pickup. App states store closes at 10pm and sign on door at restaurant says closes at 10pm. Upon arrival, lights were off and door was locked at 9:01pm. Because I had already paid and placed the order through the app I got out and tried to wave someone to the door. That is when a lady came to the door and told me they were closed. I told her I'd already placed an order and paid for it and have no way of canceling it. She told me she was the manager of the store and began to argue with me stating they had no ingredients and there were only two employees there so they closed early. She was extremely disrespectful and rude to me and refused to make the food that I'd purchased for my pregnant wife. I asked for her name and she would not give it so I told her I would be contacting customer service. She then told me to come in the store and see that they didn't have any food and I refused. She then said she would get the food out of the freezer and make it but at that point she'd lost any trust I had as the customer. I asked for a refund and she refused stating that I should contact the app, but there is no option to cancel. I chose to get back in the car and leave as the two employees were screaming at each other and as I was pulling away I could see the manager sarcastically and disrespectfully waving me off. Placed the order thru the Subway app for 6 foot long sandwiches 6 hours in advance for pickup at this location. Picked up the order, drove back to the motel and once opening the bags realized there were only 5 foot long sandwiches and not one of them was any from our order! Really should have 0 Stars. We have visited the Waxahachie location twice within a 2 week period. I was concerned the 1st time we went then the protective glass was missing from the meat/cheese section. The service was a little disappointing. Today we went again. The glass is still missing, they are not efficient in the way they are preparing sandwiches, I was told they were "out" of mayo, but overheard her whispering to another employee that he needed to fill it up. We were also told the white bread was so hot, they couldn't serve it, but didn't have other variations of fresh bread. The bread we received was semi stale. Super disappointed with this restaurant. If i could give 0 or negative stars i would.. i ordered on the subway app and paid upfront for 2 sandwiches 2 weeks ago. I got a call from the store about 2 minutes before the pick up time, that's the first problem, telling me that they were out of meatballs. So i asked them to refund me for that sandwich and was told they would have to talk to a manager to see IF they could do that. I wasn't given a name or asked for my information. I called right back and told them to not make the other sandwich either bc i didn't want to go there anymore since they didn't have my other sub, and asked again to make sure I'd get my refund and was told again they need to speak with a manager but I'd get a refund. I submitted a complaint form a day or two later since i got no contact back or refund and from that instance customer care hasn't received anything back from this store. To end this, i called the store again and customer care and subway keeps blaming each other telling me that the store needs to refund me and the "assistant manager" told me corporate needs to refund me. Subway is the worst and i still haven't gotten a call back or my money back OR offered anything due to my inconvenience and wasted hours of time calling and trying to get my refund for product i didn't get since the store was out of it. I ordered a 3 ft sub online for a work Birthday. There was some kind of problem, and the store didn't know about it until about an hour before I was there to pick up the sub. The Manager tried calling me but I was in a meeting and couldn't answer my phone. I show up and the Manager explained what happened and so that I would have the food for our party he made me 2 beautiful trays of sandwhiches and gave me cookies. He was so nice and apologetic.
