And asked for hearty Italian bread toasted, pickles, lettuce, olives and red onion with a extra saracha sauce. With Double Meat. Does this look like double meat? Or extra sauce? Or even toastedd? I called the store and the person who answered not only could barely speak English, but insisted "After looking at the camera" that I was given double meat. I am filing an official complain here instead of the website because I've had issues with this store in the past and got NO Satisfaction or response except for a "Thank you for your feedback" I'm done taking a backseat and patted on the head like a child. I have found that since this store has changed ownership the quality and accusations of less meat in their subs is a common theme. Its time to fix this. read more

Only if every business cared about customer satisfaction as much as this business does. The absolute best experience every time. We had another great experience on Saturday when we hosted a family wedding lunch outdoors with guests following social distancing guidelines. We wanted the food packaged in a way that also followed pandemic guidelines. We called in a very specific order a couple days in advance and John delivered it masked and gloved providing an excellent selection of boxed lunches along with vegetarian and keto meals. They offer delivery and are wheelchair accessible. It is good for kids and pets are welcome. They have curbside pickup and catering. They also offer free Wi-Fi and contactless payments. They are very pleasant and good with their jobs but wish they would hire more teens. I would say it is the best location in the state though. Their roasted chicken sub is definitely next on my list, looks delicious. I often have seen the delivery truck come in and the man restock. It is conveniently next to Joann's Fabrics so after you eat you can go shop around. Many places to sit inside. read more

We ordered roasted chicken and veggie patty subway sandwiches for a birthday party for tweens. And the veggie patty sandwich was fine, but chicken sandwich had hardly any chicken. It was so embarrassing; I could only see some veggies. This was ordered online, so we could not see how it was made. Looks like the owners want to cut corners and make money, they forget they will lose customers and will have to sell this location again. Disappointed. Well, the place is under new ownership and now and almost everything has changed for the better, almost. John is the new owner and you can tell he really puts in the effort to make you and other customers happy by reading yelp reviews and responding, and respond he did. The places food is the same, as to be expected (I mean they don't make it from scratch there) Since the new ownership I have never had a negative customer service/courtesy issue/experience and the staff is very friendly and professional, and he keeps the place spic and span, no more messes, no matter what the time of day. I usually always get a cold sub, usually a turkey sandwich, but I've never had a hot sub because of the way they cook them/microwave oven, if that ever changes, which I don't think John has any control over, I might get some hot sandwiches,, until then I'm going with D'angelos grill, instead. read more

This place is amazing. I had to leave another subways because of terrible service and the ingredients were yellow and this westford location made up for it in spades. The young gentleman and lady that helped me ( forgot their names but it is thursday 7/30 if management is viewing this please make sure they know they rock) they were so polite and even though they had a line of customers at 8 o'clock closing time they maintained an awesome attitude and were amazing. I was starving and decided to stop at the westford subway. I never ate at this subway and was really grossed out. The woman made my sandwich and I told her i was going to be eating in. Instead of putting my sandwich on a tray she placed it in a bag. That's fine but I wanted a tray . I asked her and she said oh ok. She went into the back room and picked four of them that were stacked on the floor and put them on the counter. The top was was dirty and full of crumbs. Obviously the bottom one had been sitting on the floor. I was so disgusted. I left the trays and went and sat down. She said "oh I just noticed these are dirty do you want me to clean one?" Really? I am soo impressed at the customer service I received at the Westford Subway on 11/19/19 at around 12! I was greeted just as I walked in with a BIG hello from the cashier which really turned my day around! I eat a vegetarian diet and the VERY POLITE young man behind the counter changed his gloves, offered to get a clean knife (one that has not touched meat) and said he would complete my whole sandwich just so I would have the confidence that it didn't come into contact with any meat product. I can't tell you how refreshing it was to have someone understand exactly how to create and serve a vegetarian sandwich! I have never been to such a bad subway before! The people working here do not know how to make decent sandwiches. They don't put the topics in the order you ask (put the lettuce after the tomato and black olives) and they don't take their time even if you're the only customer in line. There wasn't much of the sweet onion sauce in the bottle so while applying it on the sandwich, the sauce didn't come out for about quarter of the sandwich. It's unacceptable that they did not even bother re-applying!! So I was basically eating a plain veggie sandwich. This location really needs to hire better workers. read more

I got to Subway a lot, and this location usually disappoints me. Every time I go, I get the same order: a foot long flatbread of rotisserie chicken. It seems that every time I go to this location, my sandwich is wet and slimy because they do not care enough to drain the liquid. I got a sub today that I couldn't even eat the second half because not only was it falling apart because it was so wet, but I also bit into two bones in my chicken. When this Subway first came to Westford, I was excited. But I soon realized how they subtly cheat their customers. The spicy Italian sub should come with 10 slices of spicy meat and 10 slices of salami. Instead, they gave me 9. Then on a return visit ... only 8. Basically I boycotted this location and ended up going to the Chelmsford and Littleton Subway where i get 10 slices consistently. After some time I decided to give Westford Subway another chance. But unfortunately the same cheap as bitch is still there running the joint ... she cheated me again and I had to say something ... but her true colors have been shown. I am done with this Subway. Please beware. There are better Subways near by. read more
