Never again. I placed an online order for a footlong veggie delight and specified no jalapeños or cucumbers. Guess what there were A LOT of on my sandwich...? Jalapeños and cucumbers. I asked for extra mayo and honey mustard, my sandwich was SUPER dry. It was especially dry because the bread was hecka hard without even being toasted. I ordered avocado on it and of course, there was no avocado on my sandwich - despite being charged extra for it. I hate that I pre-tipped when I placed my order because the guy who made my sandwich was NOT deserving of my money, let alone a tip. I'm so disgustingly disappointed. read more

Me and my sister were in town for a conference. We stopped by 5/4/26 around 6:30 PM. The young female working was flirting with the young male who was ordering. we waited for 15-20 mins before she helped us. She did not acknowledge us when she came in either. Looks like he ordered a burrito instead of a sandwich the way she packed the food in. In addition, 2 more customers eventually walked in and we were all waiting. My sister tried to use her reward card and the worker didn't know how to use it. This was worst service I've had at any subway. read more

I was humbled this past week to never diss the one sandwich shop that was there and still is here for me til' this day... I can't even lie to you, now I haven't had me a goooood footlong in some YEARS... I'm not much of a bread person, but I love me a good sandwich from time to time... I really don't have an excuse as to why I stopped eating at Subway. I think the main reason was cause I had preferred making my own sammies at home or getting them at gourmet deli's. But it's that time of year when I'm working in the pretty little town of Winters and I'm gonna keep it real, there's not many food choices out here. And it's hard to make a lunch decision when on a time crunch, so I took for the team and made way to home of the footlong.... I stepped into a CLEAN CLEAN store, very friendly employees, and a well stocked beverage case, which is a little rare these days... I couldn't believe how much the menu changed throughout the years, Subway really has COME UP! There were so many new cheeses, meats, and sauces I don't recall the last time I was in a Subway. I made my sammie the ol' fashion way I was used to. So I go in to get a sandwich's after a long day and I ordered. The woman working at 7:30pm on 5/28/25 gave me the wrong bread and the argued with me when I brought to her attention. The customer service at this place is by for the worst I have experienced in a while. Hope the owed does something about this woman's attitude before the shop loses all its customers. I usually don't do these but I have been coming here for years with no problems. Whoever was working today. 4/5/24 @2:40 she was extremely rude since I walked in and no one was there besides me made me wait 15 min while she was on her personal phone call before she took my order didn't change her gloves. Then as making my sandwich I asked more extra olives and she put one more and then I asked for mayo and mustard and she puts chipotle sauce on it then scraps it off and smears it all over my sandwich! Greedy MF. The person serving us was helpful and kind. But I give this place as low as possible because we had coupons and the woman serving us informed us that the Manager removed the coupons from their system so that we can't use them. So instead of spending $20 i had to go over budget and spent $36!! I will not be going back. read more

This subway takes their phone off the hook so they don't accept phone orders to pick up. I have tried the app, it does not work unless you leave your credit card #. I don't want to do that. So they only way for me to get a sandwich here is to physically go in and wait to get an order. I may stop coming here, it is so aggravating. I have talked to them about this, and their response was: "Don't you know how to use the computer?" Seriously, I have tried ordering by phone about 10 times!!! Other Subways take phone orders!!! We've stopped at this location for years on our way to our favorite camping spot. They made great breakfast sandwiches. The last time we stopped, a couple of weeks ago I found that they no longer have breakfast sandwiches on their menu. I ended up getting their ham sandwich. It was good but didn't quite fill the breakfast hunger we had. Now we're searching for another Subway that's on our route that serves breakfast. Or maybe we'll have to check out Burger King or any of the other take out places that serve breakfast. read more

Very disappointing. The service was just plain terrible. We were on a long road trip and this was our halfway point. Both of the lady employees were eating when we walked in. So when they rolled their eyes and sluggishly got up from their meals to "help" us, we should have just turned around and left. We truly felt like we were the worst inconvenience they have ever had to deal with. My wife ordered a salad and in return, for another eye roll. Seriously?! So instead of intruding further, my wife just kept it short and simple to not put this employee out any more. Ultimately she got a sub par salad with very small portions. Now it was my turn. I asked if there were any deals like $6 sandwich and chips. Another eye roll followed with a simple "no". So I kept my order short and simple as well. The bread I asked for was out so I asked what bread was available. Her response was "I guess wheat". At this point it was just laughable. So as this employee drudges through making my sandwich while still chewing her food from her interrupted meal, I just really wanted the experience to be over.
