Just can't understand the operation at this location. Ordered in App, guess I shouldn't have. Pick up time listed as 1:48. Showed up at 1:55, no customers in restaurant, my order sitting in progress. Was told it was coming. Meanwhile, a gentleman comes in orders at counter and sub is made and cashed out while I wait. Food received at 2:04. Why would my order follow a customer walking up as I wait? Just don't understand. Not the first issue here, but like the food quality and keep trying. I arrived about 5PM on a Tuesday in January and, other than the patron that I passed as I entered, the place was empty. While there another dine-in patron arrived. The staff fulfilled several to-go orders while I was there, which appears to be a good portion of their business. The gentleman at the register gave me a friendly greeting and took my order of the Big Kahuna sandwich in regular size. I recently had the pleasure of working with Brian and his team for an event at Creekview High School and I couldn't be more impressed with the service at Jersey Mike's. From the initial contact to the final pickup, everything was handled with professionalism and care. Brian and his team arrived early to ensure everything was prepared for a pickup at 9:45 am. They made and wrapped an impressive 170 sandwiches, all of which were perfectly put together along with 170 bags of chips, oil and vinegar, a variety of condiments, and lettuce, pickles, onions, and tomatoes. Brian and the 2 young men who helped with our order were incredibly easy to work with, making the entire process seamless and stress-free. I highly recommend Jersey Mike's on Cumming Hwy. First time at this location and I'm not sure if inflation has influenced their food quality here but ordered a giant Mikes Philly Steak and one could say where's the beef? I ordered the same thing at another location in Ellijay, GA one week ago and it was amazing you could actually taste the meat. Today here in Canton I guess the bread was good, but it was definitely lacking the meat inside! We will leave this review as being disappointed. read more

I've had lunch here several times, and it has consistently been great. Granted, the same lady always makes my sandwich (some of you may remember her from another Canton deli that closed up shop); many years of experience will make a huge impact on how well your order turns out. Another thing I have noticed is the staff recognizing repeat customers by name. It's like Cheers minus the drinks. This location is nothing but a bunch of thieves!!!! On December 26th 2021, I went on line and placed an order. The app said the location was open and it allow me to place my order. I paid on line as I always do. I Drove to the store and it was closed... The lights were off the door was locked- there was nobody in there. I called the next day and I went straight to voicemail. I left a message detailing what had occurred, the fact that I had paid online, it took the money out of my bank account and was asking how I could get a refund and if somebody would call me back. I did not hear from anyone. So a few days later, I called back during business hours and again went to voicemail. I left another detailed message. Still no one EVER called me back. I logged into my bank account and noticed that they had attempted to do a refund. But in the process of doing a refund they also charged me again yet again. Still at this point no one has called me back... apologized for the issue that initially occurred or the lack of a return phone call as common courtesy. So I called back yet again during business hours to get my account straightened out and again....voice mail!!!!! I left another Detailed message expressing how frustrated and upset I was with that location- How much business we did there (2-3 times a week) what happened to begin with all the way through the fact that now have taken additional money out of my bank account when all I wanted was a refund. To date I still have not heard from anyone regarding this issue. I am Not sure if the man who used to own it still does, but they have lost my business, my families and anyone else I can tell about this horrible experience!!! Any time someone mentions this place I am always happy to fill them in on how this store is really run. And the OLD blonde lady who thinks she is 25 but looks 70, needs to be given the boot. This was my first time to this location and my first visit to any Jersey Mike's in over 3 years! I have found a new sub place! The CheeseSteak was prepared perfectly! The meat was juicy and well seasoned! The bread was fresh! The toppings were complimentary!! The subs are around $7 for a regular and $10 for a large. You can also add a drink and chips for a small up charge! Even though the restaurant was rather busy, everyone was pleasant and moved with purpose!! I love an efficient restaurant!!!!!!!!! read more

This was the worse Jersey Mike's I've ever been too. Service was slow for lunchtime and they couldn't get my order correct. I explained every detail of what I wanted. I asked for a #42 on wheat fixed with the onions and peppers and add extra Chipotle mayo but instead of chicken I want tuna. I get this sandwich made at other JM's without issue and have had several other customers and employees give it a try. Anyway, I advised that the tuna goes on AFTER the peppers and onions are grilled. When I got my sandwich I looked at it like they had to be joking. There were a total of 2 1/2 pieces of onion and maybe 3 slithers of peppers. Barely any mayo and the driest bread ever! Now when I walked toward the register to pay, I heard the cook ask about my order but instead of the employee who took my order explain exactly what I advised her, she just shrugged it off and didn't explain anything. When I asked about the amount of peppers and onions, she stated that threats all they can put on a sandwich. Ok...I can top a sandwich with every item on the bar but I can't get more than a total of 5/6 slithers of onions and peppers. My co-worker's Philly cheesesteak was made without any cheese. The chips he ordered were completely left off. Had a scheduled pick up curbside at 12:45PM and as of writing this it is 1:10 and have not received my order........update: went inside and asked where was my order. Worker stated that she forgot to bring it out. I 100% get it if it was busy with inside dining but no inside dining is allowed and its not busy. When you offer a service like curbside you have to stay on it and not "Forget". We already paid for the food and just forgetting is not a option. Will not be using this location in the future. read more

Luved the Toasted Italian sub & daughter luved her Teriyaki Chicken sub. Size of my mini was about a six inch- just right. Next time I'm getting the 14 inch to share with everyone. Sugar cookies were the best. Yummy potato salad, instead of chips was a nice choice. No waiting. Plenty of booths & nice tv to catch up on the headlines. Sandwich making staff was very helpful at 8pm & they were very attentive & made sure our order was right. Prices were about the norm but taste & quality was great! Arrived to the location with my wife and two kids early Sunday morning. We were not greeted when we arrived by any of the seven employees that just seemed to be holding the counter down. We requested a kids tuna sandwich to which we were sternly told that was not an option. So now we are standing in a location that has not welcomed us and now told us that they have no interest in providing us with the food that we have requested. The tuna sandwich and the turkey sandwich are the same price on the menu. I was ready to leave immediately but decided to stay to see if any of these seven employees could recover this terrible experience. While waiting for our ordered I watch one of the employees bag a man's salad upside down which clearly upseted him. He end up just snatching his food and storming out the door. The response from the seven employees was nothing but eye rolls and heavy breathing. Mind you there have only been 4-5 customers during this time. I'm not sure if there was a shift lead or manager on duty at this time. However if you are going to have this many inexperienced people working at onetime the most responsible thing for the business is to at least have one senior employee how can resolve some of these gross customer service issues. Finally the two of the seven employees(because the remaining five must have been waiting for there union representatives to come tell them to kindly remove there thumbs from there behinds) were able to fumble through making my wife and I sandwiches. The gentleman how actually assembled the sandwiches did rather well. The final gentleman who had the soul responsibility of wrapping the sandwiches most have just started as he could not figure out the wrap the sandwiches again while 5 other employees sat by and watched him struggle. I'm not sure who owns or operates this location. But better being a former food and beverage manager this was a huge embarrassment. I enjoy Jersey Mike's Sub and have been a patron and many of there locations. The are small issues that can be easily resolved. It just requires a manager that knows how to hold his people accountable. Get it fixed and I be make.
