Sucre is an awesome little gem off the beaten path of downtown Stuart. You can smell the fresh baked goods from the street as you approach this quaint authentic French bakery. While the inside is small and has no available seating, there are plenty of spots outside to enjoy your sandwich, pastry, and coffee. The service is friendly and staff is very helpful and willing to walk you through their selection and offer great suggestions.

Went back the next day because I could not stop thinking about the cannoli cruffin. This is a must-try. So good. I also got a cheddar bacon jalapeño pastry that was tasty and filling. I just love this place

An inviting and cute little bakery with tasty goodies. We stopped here on a Sunday afternoon without realizing they were closing in a few minutes. Marissa gave us a warm greeting and was very welcoming. Wonderful service is always appreciated, as is freshly baked dessert. The berry chocolate croissant was a standout, as it was fresh, flakey and absolutely delicious. Nestled on a side street one block from the center of town, this bakery is worth a stop.

Super cute bakery with a variety of savory and sweet pastries. We were greeted with a cheerful lady behind the counter that was very nice and helpful. There is a shaded patio out front for eating.

Hidden, little gem. Decided to try this place based upon a recommendation from our foodie friends... what an experience. Patrick greeted us with his wisdom of the remaining selections... Here's what we tried; 2 lemon curd twists, flourless peanut cookie, croissant, Belgian chocolate raspberry croissant, mini carrot cake and oat blueberry bar! ALL WERE OUT OF THIS WORLD!!! Def highly recommended to give this place a try if you enjoy fabulous French pastry, coffees and quiche

This place is too adorably cute and has some delicious desserts and baked eats! The Cannoli Cruffin was AMAZING! It's croissant dough baked in a muffin tin, filled with cannoli cream, and topped with chocolate chips and powdered sugar. Perfect combination of savory and sweet. Their berry-lemon tarts are also delectable. The croissants are scrumptious. You really can't go wrong with anything you pick. read more

OMG and I mean this in a good way! This place is so quaint and delicious!! We got a slice of pumpkin tart with caramel and pecans on the top...wow it was delicious! Also had the almond raspberry crescent, o boy! Sadly no pics, sorry, it was so good and we just dove in. Lots of deliciousness to choose from. First time here, won't be the last. read more

I wanted French pastry but I was in Stuart Florida. We found this tiny out of the way place (thank you Yelp) with an assortment of really great pastries. I was pleasantly surprised by this place. Cute small location off a side street. Would have never found it without the help of my GPS. The croissants where tender and buttery. We also had a peach almond croissant, it was delicious. The peach gave it a summery feel. The girl helping us was nice and patient, we could not make up Our minds what we wanted. Really great French pastry's . We tried the almond / Raspberry and Nutella croissants and a few of the other tarts including the Lemon . Everything was delicious and we definitely recommend. The shop is quaint and in a Hip part of Stuart . The staff was friendly and answered any questions we had . They have some seating in front if you want to enjoy the beautiful Florida weather. Passed by this place many times and never gave it much of a glance. It was recommended by someone, so I decided to check it out. Very glad I did. Small customer area, but it gives that local shop vibe. They are super personable, upbeat, and have such a positive energy. The lemon danish was perfect. And the prosciutto and brie pastry was amazing. Definitely looking forward to trying their other offerings. read more

Delicious but pricey. I don't want to know the calorie count. Muffins, stuffed croissants, cinnamon rolls. Yum. The place is tiny and good for take out. There are some outside tables under a canopy. No atmosphere. I don't thinkthey take your order outside, but you can order inside and sit outside. read more

I would give their lunches ( we had the turkey and feta on croissant and my husband the ham on croissant) a 6/10 and their pastries a 10/10. The meat they use was fatty and the turkey had mostly dark meat. We didn't really love it and will only be back for the pastries which are phenomenal. read more

Bought 2 cupcakes at West Palm Greenmarket yesterday. The double chocolate & the orange & cranberry. I'm truly not a big fan of cupcakes but these were OUTSTANDING!!! Thankfully the green market is only about 20 minutes from where we live & Stuart about an hour north. We will DEFINITELY be visiting the bakery in Stuart. Just got back from a trip to Paris & never thought we'd be able to get pastry even close to Parisian bakeries. Wow. Very pleasantly surprised! Just FABULOUS read more

found this place today for the first time. Tiny place packed with a nice selection of beautiful pastries. Wife and I were just looking for a little snack but it was hard to not walk out with a small armload of goodies ( which is what we did). Service was as friendly as anyone could ask for. Any question we could ask was answered with the knowledge of a true baker. Prices were very reasonable and the quality of everything we purchased was amazing. This hidden little gem is about as close you can get to a superb European bakery as you can get on a little Fl beach town. Tucked away behind a big building, it sits back unassumingly until you walk in and are smacked in the face with sugary delights!! Their sandwiches (on their buttery croissants) are crazy good!! And really big; so split with a friend so you can eat something sweet!! A must visit here in Stuart. read more

Not only did she deliver the pie on a Sunday, she also made the pie fresh that day. Now that's service. And if that wasn't enough my brother-in-law texted us "That pie was AWARD WINNING".
