The gentleman (I believe his name was Joe) came fully masked and was socially distant. He did not bat an eyelash at the amount of laundry I had, and he wouldn't let me carry anything. He was kind and sweet, and just as nice the next day when he returned. My laundry looks like robots folded it (in a good way!). They are well sorted (I had not sorted them), stacked neatly and smelled heavenly! Their prices are more reasonable than other laundry services I have investigated in the past, and they came all the way to my apartment in Claremont from Chino. While I don't always have extra money for this luxury, I am now viewing this as an essential part of keeping me physically and mentally healthy! Wasn't aware, but this place can do your laundry! It all started with a dream, I was dreaming someone did my laundry for me and then I just picked it up or they dropped it off LOL and then it turns out I saw a sign on their window and that's probably where it came from and was in my mind. They do your laundry! They do pick up and drop off and then they send you a text message letting you know when it's ready. Where the heck has this service been this entire time I've been slaving away doing my laundry when I don't even have time for it in the first place?! The owners are very sweet, they take care of everything they even help you take the loads in and out of your car if you need help. For months I've been going there to do my laundry myself, the owner always walks out with bottles of water for everyone and thanking them for coming and using his laundromat. When I picked up my laundry, mind you it was about three large bags full, it was neatly stacked in organized with a pretty pink bow tying the top. This place is truly like a dream come true, from helping me do something I simply do not have enough time for in my day to being courteous and grateful that I use their service, their employees are exceptional! read more

I looked into laundering services near by that could help wash/clean a ton of clothes that were soot-filled and dirty from the fire. I came across Suds and Bubbles and went on in to tell them my sad story. I initially encountered Yvonne who was empathetic to my situation. Soon after, I met the father and son duo, Alfredo and Jordan, they too were responsive to my needs, kind and efficient. At the conclusion of it all, Suds and Bubbles washed and restored all of my kids clothes with love and care. I am so glad I found them! As a single mom of 4, working 10 hours a day and not always having access to washer/dryer, I decided to try out a laundry service. I went w this location bc it's close to me and has pretty great reviews. I called yesterday to get info on the services, & went to drop clothes off at about 6pm. I was told where to put the laundry & to write my name + # and advised I would get a call back once they were ready. I took about 5 baskets so I knew it would be at least a day or 2 before getting them back. I received a call 3 hours later letting me know the clothes were ready for pick up which I was really surprised. The guy on the phone told me it was cash only but that the clothes wasn't weighed until I got there to pick it up. It was almost 11pm when he called again & I told him I wouldn't be able to pick it up until today & he told me he wouldn't be there until 5pm so to go at that time. At this point I did think it was kind of odd but being my first time I said okay. I called this morning and the owner answered, I asked to confirm that the clothes were ready and the pick up time along w price so that I knew how much cash to take. He then told me that I was able to pay w card and I could go at any time. A little while later I receive a call from an unknown # which was the same guy from last night saying my clothes were ready & to be there at 5. I called the laundromat back & spoke w the owner again, he said my clothes were ready for pick up but that the other guy was doing something sketchy bc my clothes were stashed in the back & they weren't aware of an order for me :/ I'm giving 2 stars bc I did go pick up my clothes and they were washed/folded. However now I feel a little worried bc now this person has my # & had I not listened to my gut feeling, I could've gotten scammed. Seems like knowing this was my first time, the worker definitely tried taking advantage of that. Not sure how long this person has worked for them or if this has been done to anyone else but definitely something to look out for. The reviews are great and the owner seems very nice, but I don't know if I would try this service again which is a shame bc it saved me a lot of time and stress. read more

I've see a few complaints about them not opening on time. Come a few times and hasn't been an issue, but today it's almost 20 past 6 and still not open. No sign of anyone inside. No one answering their phone. Big issue for me since people come early usually for a reason. Either open on time or change your hours. read more

Needed to wash my entire families laundry for two weeks just moving into the area, the establishment was super clean, the customers were polite and the staff was very helpful. The owner Alfredo was there and was extremely helpful. I'd never done the laundromat and he made sure I didn't break a nail that's for sure. I felt safe leaving my stuff and grabbing lunch. I will not come here again. The washer I used was leaking water and flooded the place. The drier area was flooded as well and I was literally standing waiting for my clothes to dry in almost 2 inches of water. Also I enjoy watching my clothes sud and these washers never did that. Alfredo(owner) at Subs and Bubbles was very friendly and helpful. This was my first time at a laundry mat and wasn't sure which washers to use. Alfredo greeted me and told me if I needed anything he is more than willing to help. I didn't have any cash and he directed me to an ATM next to the store. He advised on which washer to use and even gave me a free wash on one of my pants that had dye coming off. There are supplies such as detergent, bleach, stain treatment and dryer sheets all priced reasonably. I usually use my parents washer and dryer but since I am limiting contact with them currently because of this virus, I decided to utilize the laundry drop off service. I brought all my clothes in after work and was able to pick them up first thing the next morning. It really wasn't too expensive compared to other laundry services and my clothes look awesome. Wonderful laundromat!!!!! It's clean, the employee is very helpful, and there are a large selection of sizes for washers. I feel the dryers work better than others because .50¢ is all it takes! Not much seating room, but there is Doublz and a Stater Bros across the street. read more

Very large, clean area, and friendly service. Regular wash is $2.25 and then up to $7.50? Dry is usually $0.50. Taking you about about an hour for both to be completed. They have dollar changing machines that take up to $20.00 bills. The only issue for me is that the washers, being that they are side loaders, stink really bad. They should have a sign saying to leave the washer doors open so that they dry up. I kind of feel that some of that smell stays in my clothes, but it could just be me. It really bothers me to open a washer and have the smell come up my nose and it won't go away. Other than that, it is nicer than most places. read more

Came here today when both my washer and dryer decided to take a dump on me. I have previously only had bad experiences when having to go to the laundromat. This place is awesome! The variety of sizes for both washers and dryers is great! It was very clean and there is a very nice and helpful lady who works there. We were able to wash and dry our clothes in record time. Your standard coin laundry with a very pleasant and gracious owner. This place gets busy during the weekends so expect a little waiting for dryers if you come at peak hours. It is also one of the cleaner facilities I've been to. A great place to get your large comforters washed. This was my first time ever having to go to a laundromat to wash my clothes because I've never lived anywhere that didn't have a washing machine/dryer. And I have to say I was very happy with Sun-S Coin Laundry. Its very clean and when it starts to get dirty someone is there cleaning right away. One not so great thing is no wifi to use while your waiting for the washing and drying. However I came prepared with a book just in case and downloaded some Netflix shows to my phone before I left home. The other not so great thing is very limited seating, so a lot of people were standing and walking around waiting for their clothes. I chilled out on the floor eating my breakfast and watching a show while waiting. Some people left and then came back once they had an idea of when their cycle would be done but I would say only do that if you feel comfortable. read more

My washer broke and the laundry was piling up so I went to knock it all out in a day. Came to Suds and Bubbles and the people in there were so friendly and helpful. We asked for a paper towel to wipe down the counter and the man who works there insisted that he clean it for us and did so with a smile (behind the mask). Washer at home broke and was waiting on the new one to arrive. This laundromat is relatively clean with a ton of newer washers and dryers, never had a problem with finding an empty clean washer. It's $2 a load for the regular sized washer and it's coin operated! read more

just a qck update after speaking with the lady that maintains the laundromat, I explained my frustrations and she gave me the owners (Alfredo) contact info and said I should reach out to him. I did, he apologized and said that he would mail me the money I lost, Of course, I forgot about it because it's been a few months since everything happened, a few wks later I received a call from him and he said the money was returned because of a bad address. We confirmed the address, then he surprised me and said: since my job was close to where he lived he would drop it off at my office. And he did! Used the big $7.25 machine on left because the right one had "out of service on it" put our money in and it returned to its first screen stating to put more money in the machine. My girl friend called the number and actually got ahold of the owners son second try. SAID he would call someone who was working to go down there or call her back. After 15 mins.... no response! So my girlfriend called about another 6 or 7 times NO ANSWER NO CALL BACK. So we did like ANY other person with kids and a life would do and used other washers to wash the clothes. After loading and about 30-35 min after this whole thing we were finally started. So she decided to call again and to get a refund some VERY RUDE lady finally answers claims to be the "worker" and is first arguing with her telling her she did something wrong bla bla bla. She finally agrees to come down, gets there refunds the money for the 7.25 ok that's cool... it only took 45 fu***** minutes!! So my girl asks the lady if she could refund the extra $3 bucks we had to use to make up for having to use 3 smaller machines compared to one huge load, so we didn't have we be there the WHOLE DAY!! But the lady that "worked" there was rude as shit and told her it was HER FAULT she put money in the other machine because she would have some how magically made the machine work after 45+ mins of waiting with our clothes just sitting there! What a rude thing to tell a customer that just waited 45 mins! Wasn't nice about it not one bit! That's the reason they have least put $80+ bucks a months we send there! To bad because the owners seem some what nice just have CRAPPY employees!! And to make matters better, the lady didn't even put an out of order sign on the machine that took our money. One of the better laundromats around. Located in small strip mall, next to donut shop, smoothie/ice cream store, burger fast food restaurant, etc. Pros: 1. Clean overall (that's important) 2. Owner(s) on premises are friendly and noted to be keeping the place clean, all the while checking with customers to make sure they have what they need. 3. Machines are clean and majority are in working order (only noticed one out of service). 4. Various sizes of washers (even a couple of 75 lb capacity washers -in a league of it's own h that can fit 2-3 baskets of laundry for $7.75. Wash cycle times was under 30 min. 5. Dryers are large and cost a quarter for 8 minute cycles. It took about 3 cycles to dry a load with a sleeping bag, room size blanket and sheets. 6. Yelp check in gets you a free Tide powder detergent. Cons: 1. Aisle space is a bit tight but still manageable and the customers there were nice and courteous. 2. Parking is just enough but could use a bit more for the number of stores there. All in all, this place exceeded the common standards of a good laundromat (clean, cost competitive, friendly, and functional). I would recommend and return. read more

Since finding this place I only come here to wash my clothes. Yvonne one of the workers that I see the most is always so nice and takes the time to check on people. I've been coming here for years and as of today that will change. Prices have gradually increased but today I found something shocking. For the same price cycle times have been changed from 37 minutes to 27 minutes, and at a place where you have everyone washing thier personal articles I find that quite disgusting. Next all washers have been set to a water saver mode, your clothes will now be washed with the least amount of water possible and will not drain out and refill until the rinse cycle, meaning ur clothes are washed in their own filth for less time for the same price. Appalling and disgusting, I used to rave about this place all the time to my friends. But now I will keep silent until changes are made. Response to Owner Comment: I've only been coming here during the time that the LG washers have been being used. I have not seen any top loading washers since I have been a customer here. My comments are based on my recent experiences with your LG high efficiency washers. As I said, prices were raised, cycle times were cut shorter. And at this point I'm convinced there wasn't even a rinse cycle. A drain cycle maybe, but my clothes came out with a odd hard texture and soap residue. Some of my clothes were virtually dry and smelled! Unacceptable, you can respond saying maybe I put too much soap or perhaps I used a faulty washer. I assume you this is not the case, I use 3 washers every time with the same amount of detergent and have never had a problem. read more

So I have a few comforters etc. and needed a good place near me and Yelp rarely fails me so here I am at Suds and gotta admit I was a little clueless as to how to work the machines etc but Jordan was there to help and saved me some money telling me that for sure I could do both in one load and dry in one load. I also saw them helping out all the customers and even gave a family some Oxy clean to help with some stained clothes. They even have WiFi, nice . I was in and out in under an hour comforters are real clean and so is this place. They even have laundry services and seemed as if they were really trying to help everyone. I never thought I would have had this level of service at a laundromat, l was impressed. I would highly recommend them for all your laundry needs. read more
