I have only used this place once before but my truck was cleaned to perfection last night. I bought the 30 dollars wash. My truck had not been cleaned in six months and had been through many fishing and hunting trips. My family was complaining about riding in it. They spent at least thirty minutes cleaning the interior and all the crevices. I am going to take my wife's clean car back here on the weekend. I felt very satisfied for thirty dollars. This is the high end of the range of washes before you get to detailing. I believe but am not sure that they start at 15-20. read more

Don't. Lube center is filthy and car wash makes you use their atm (there's a fee) if you need cash for tips. Ok car wash but not worth going back. read more

Every time I come here I have to have them do my car twice. Previously I believed it was because I keep my car filthy; however, today I am in my brand new Honda Pilot and it once again it's coming to go for a 2 times because I did not wipe out the interior, did not back in underneath the mat, and does not ensure that the exterior that was clean around the bottom and running boards. Going to have to find a new car wash this one it was not worth 20 bucks read more

Brought my car in and paid for the best internal cleaning package for the car and it wasn't that dirty. Came out to find the seats hadn't been wiped down and all the cup holders not wiped out. Didn't even lift up the back seats to clean them. Spent 15 minutes just doing it myself with the help of a different worker. Wish I had given her all the tip versus the first one. read more

Worst experience at a car wash. My new mustang came out with soap all over it. My favorite part was on my wife's car they were working so lazily that I didn't even let them finish. I finish it myself. I don't recommend them to any one. read more

Great job on the outside of my Dodge ram 2500 , but they left the back seat dirty and hairy (I have 3 dogs that ride in the back seat). When my husband took the truck back they said the back seats were not considered the interior of the vehicle. They did fix it but even though we purchased the Daytona Special apparently the seats are an extra charge to condition/clean. read more

LIARS and THIEVES. I WILL NEVER, EVER GO BACK THERE AGAIN. I have lost coasters and car chargers that they "mistakenly" took out of my car and "forgot" to return, when I had to ask for them back. I made the mistake of giving them the benefit of the doubt. The last time I was there, they stole the drivers side floor mat from my Acura. I couldn't get anyone to listen, and when I finally spoke to the manager (whose English was very poor, at best) he asked me for all kinds of information before telling me that they didn't have it and that I must have lost it somewhere else -- REALLY?!!! When I insisted that I did not just lose my floormat, I was told that he would "look at the cameras and get back to" me. I can tell you that never happened. Unless you want to be victimized, I would just drive on by this one without even slowing down. read more

2nd time here. 1st time they were busy so I gave them the benefit of the doubt. This time they were not busy so there is no excuse for the poor job they did. Windows have spots, carpet needs to be vacuumed and dash has dust. Disappointed. Will not be back. read more

Thought I would get a quick car wash(30-40mins) since they were busy but instead my truck sat outside for over 45 mins before they ever pulled it in. Then when I brought it to their attention, nothing was done. So now it's been over an hour my truck has just been washed and now is sitting here drying by itself. Thank goodness there is another car wash opening across the street! read more

I went there once before and had slow service but the car looked decent. That was with the plus package. I went to bring my second car there and asked for the plus package and the guy was basically saying they didn't want to do it and for me to get the lowest detail package they have. I said fine because he said the plus would take 3 hours (I was the only one there). When I got my car back it was terrible. The stuff on the dash wasn't completely wiped down, the seats and floors weren't all the way vacuumed it looked terrible. I was trying to take it to clean out the mess my son made and it didn't fix the problem. I won't be gong there again read more

Worst car wash I have ever seen. If I could give a ZERO, I would. My car interior was not wiped down and the carpet was roughly vacuumed to say the least. I asked for a towel and wiped it out myself. I asked to speak to manager and "Oscar" came out. He could barely speak English and the workers there don't speak much English, if any. HE offered to run it thought the process again. I asked him why they didn't do it right the first time. Don't waste your time or money. I called the number on receipt and no answer and voicemail not set up. Imagine that. This place needs to be run out of town. I'm filing with the BBB. read more

Took my car in for a wash and left with 1400.00 in damages to my car. The manager there sat and looked at the video tapes with me and agreed my car did not arrive with any damage. He sent me to get an estimate and is now refusing to pay for the damages! Will not be going back and will take legal action against these people! read more

I paid $129.00 for the detail package on my F250. When I ordered the service the service manager asked if I wanted the truck waxed and I declined. I was notified the truck was ready and noticed that the rims still had dirt and were not cleaned. Additionally the chrome on the bumpers, boards were not clean. I the service manager asked what was wrong and I showed him my complaints and the bottom line was he wanted me to pay an additional $40.00 to clean these areas. At that point I felt it wasn't worth any more frustration by going back inside. When I get good service I tip well and I left no tip for this service and will not go back. read more

Horrible, first I payed 60.00 to get a hand wash as I have very expensive led light bars on my truck. I then go next door to another business to look around as I was told it would be an hour wait I asked for somthing special so I don't mind the wait I return to find my truck coming out of the main automated wash that you can get for 30.00 with the light bars messed up and the brackets beat up because of the flailing drum they use when I confronted managment about this they said it's "ok" and moved the light bar back up well its not ok I specifically asked for a hand wash wich wasn't done as well as the bracket damage and the truck was still dirty all he did was walk away from me. read more

Nice facility is the only reason it gets one star... If you have a full size truck it's extra. And when they are done and there are waterspots on your hood and Windows, And you ask them to please get them off its extra. Won't ever go back EVER again. read more

The entire experience at Suds was horrifying. I got in my truck to drive it home after a wash and an oil change, and as I started my truck, it immediately stalled. I checked my gages, and my truck was screaming there was NO OIL IN IT. A good half hour later the mechanics were able to figure out they had put oil in the truck, but hadn't connected the sensor back, so no REAL damage to my truck, however I was crying at this point. As that crisis ended, another began. Suds did NOT provide the wash service I paid for. They ran my truck through their automatic wash, then let it sit there and dry in the sun. There were spots and dirt ALL over the truck. They did NOT dress the tires, which was included in the package I purchased. When confronting the manager about it, he was very unprofessional and rude. He was completely unwilling to even discuss. In fact, he wouldn't even acknowledge, his mechanics had done ANYTHING wrong in regards to the oil change. He argued at every speck of dirt, smudge and "un-provided" service. He offered to correct some of the items, but after the whole experience, I told him I'd like my money back on the carwash only, because I didn't trust him with my vehicle. He of course denied this request. I've been a loyal customer of Suds for years, and to be treated in this manner was unacceptable. Do not take your car to Suds. There are plenty of other places in and around Conroe that will leave you with nothing but satisfaction. read more

HORRIBLE EXPIERIENCE!!! I went yesterday at 2:30pm to get my carpets shampooed and it included the Talladega wash in the package. After the initial wash which is them running it through a regular autowash they wipe it down and send it around the corner to have it shampooed. After about 45 minutes a lady said "red car done" and this is when the trouble started. I put alot of work and care into my car, its a Camaro ss. So of course as soon as I walked up to it i did an inspection, I noticed everything wrong with the job they did. First and most importantly, they didn't vacuum at all. Or even touch the inside other than the floorboards and mats which by the way she put the WET MATS on my BACKSEAT to dry, why would u do that? Second, she didn't speak English so when i tried to ask for her to vacuum or wipe down the inside she just stared at me. So finally I guess with all my hand motions she got the hint and started vacuuming while she did that i walked around the outside and noticed alooooot of dirt areas and spots that needed to be touched up. As soon as she was "done" vacuuming I started to point them out. She then decided to start getting an attitude with me like I was just suppose to accept this sub par job and leave. Begrudgingly she started spraying and cleaning the missed areas. Then I got in and was about to drive away when I noticed the only spot she vacuumed was the drivers seat. So I went back to the first spot I pulled up to and talked to a guy thankfully who was able to understand me and he asked me to pull up and he started cleaning the inside when she ran up to him yelling "It's done it's done I did already!!" Oh NOW she speaks English? She starts yelling at him in Spanish and I didn't have to speak Spanish to know she was complaining about me and worse. Finally he explained to her what I wanted and she angrily wiped down the inside spraying water or whatever she was using everywhere including on my radio and speakers. DON'T GO HERE!!!! Took my toyota 4runner in for an oil change and left. The next morning i went out to start my car and noticed when i turned it on, it took a while longer to start and was making a whining noise and a ticking noise. I immediately shut it off and popped the hood. Checked the dipstick to find that it was bone dry. I immediately called suds and they sent somebody out the next day to look at it. The dipstick was completely dry so he went and bought some oil. We started putting it in and come to find out it was about 4 quarts low. This is very puzzling because my car leaks absolutely no oil. I started my car and it started up ok, but noticed a little whining noise. After a little while of running the noise went away and the suds employee left. I got in my car and started driving and noticed that the more i drove the louder the whining got and that my steering wheel was a little stiff. I called my mechanic to see what i should do and he said check the fluid and if it wasnt low to empty some fluid out and put lucas in it and see if that helped. I did this and it didnt end up getting better but got worse, so i just took the car to him. He said that the power steering was burned up and my car needed a new one. He put the new one on and called me to tell me that he put the new one on and it wasnt working so he was going to have to do some more diagnosing to find out what was wrong. After putting a second power steering pump on and bleeding all of the power steering pump lines he found a bunch of metal shavings in the power steering fluid. He said he has never seen this before. He said that this caused my power steering pump to burn out and the actuater to ruin as well. I was charged $600 parts and labor to repair. In my opinion this is all very strange to have happened at the same time that my car was shorted 4 quarts of oil. I went to suds and told them what happened and basically they were like too bad...it wasnt our fault, and claim no responsibility for this. In my opinion there is somebody with malicious intent working there and this is my experience. It is no coincidence for my motor to have just enough oil to drive around for a little while before my motor would have eventually burned up and metal shavings in my power steering system at the same time. This is my experience. I hope anybody else thinks twice before going here. read more
