We attended a SpongeBob sip & paint this afternoon at this location and it was a blast. I loved the environment and the service. We were the first ones there & the only thing missing was a rubber ducky that was supposed to be in the margarita but other than that everything was amazing. I'm happy I got to bring home the bucket from the chum bucket drink. The sliders had a wonderful taste. I was skeptical because of the colored bun, but it did not disappoint. Overall I don't think it was a bad price for the whole experience + food & drinks. Hope to make the next one. read more

Colorful decor! Mexican bingo cards and hats deck the walls! High seats and tables to get you off your feet after a day in the office with food and drinks: various beers and Mexican fare: nachos, flautas, and more. They also make some wild mixed drinks with some pretty funny, cool names. You'll have to drop by and read these!!! There is also a bar that you can sit with you girlfriends or boyfriends. They have tow sides, but I only saw the one side on this visit so that I can check out the other next visit! Came here for a bad bunny brunch. We get there and we're seated quickly but we were never given brunch Food menus. Our server also kept taking forever to come check on us as well. She didn't know if they had brunch food or mimosas either. Two people ordered the Mexican burger and they said it was great and I ordered the flautas and they were really good. I also got the yo perreo sola drink and the fruit on top was warm and had no flavor and we didn't want to eat it but the drink was really good and it saved the meal. Overall I will recommend this place to my colleagues maybe it was just an off day read more

I honestly can say that Suerte Bar and Grill at Uptown is one of my top go to places, unfortunately in my attempt at ordering To-Go throughout this pandemic I've come across very poor service. I called to place an order tonight for tacos (Taco Tuesday) at the Uptown location. I was greeted by the manager by the name Annalisa , she informed me of the high volume and that their would be a 25- 30 min wait. I understood and ordered anyway, after all Suerte is worth the wait. As she took my order I felt rushed. I felt like she came off extremely rude. As a person who works in the service industry, it was very unsettling. No matter how busy you might be it is never the customer who should get the short end of what I feel elite customer service is. You represent Suerte Bar and Grill not the other way around. I felt the need to call back immediately after the order was made to cancel it. She made it yet again another displeasing phone call. She made me aware that the only way the order could be canceled was if they had not already made the order, mind you I had just got off the phone with her not more than 2 minutes after. I made it clear that it was just a few minutes ago that she made me aware of high volume and that for that reason service was a bit slower. At this point I had enough. I asked for my refund nicely and I asked her how soon would I see the reimbursement on my end, she replied " I honestly don't know " As a manager it is your dudilligence to know these procedures and keep your customers at ease. I feel that "manager " needed another month of training. She lacked poor customer service skills, and made the company she represents look horrible. read more

Suerte is Valley, I absolutely love this place. Both of their locations are awesome but I think I am going to frequent this place more. It's great if you want to have a drink at a place that isn't downtown but still want to have a good time. They play a variety of genres so they play music for everyone. They have daily specials, both food and drinks. Everything I have tried is delicious. read more

We are from Houston, and we went to the Valley to visit family during Memorial weekend. I've seen tiktoks of Suerte and were able to go check it out! We liked it so much we went 2 nights in a row!! 1st night, we made it it was pretty packed but manageable and it was NOT HOT! We were able to get a spot at the bar. The bartender that waited on us was Aquiles. The drinks were on point, and so were the shots! The hubs wanted to buy him a shot, but he respectfully declined and said he was not allowed. RESPECT!!! He made sure that ppl on his end of the bar were well taken care of whenever it came to drinks. Music cut off for a couple of minutes (we thought they were closing), and then all of a sudden music starts again, turned out to be a 3 man Banda that started playing! I don't care for that type of music, but they JAMMED!!! 2nd night we showed up and Aquiles recognized us!! Now, THATS a good bartender in our book!! He remembered what we drank and everything!! Music on both nights was Awesome. The dj did such a great job keeping the crowd happy & dancing!! Im giving it a 5-star rating for the night life! We didnt eat, so i cant say anything about the food. I was in town from Michigan visiting. I had seen a lot of hype on Suerte and how good the drinks were. It was a bad idea coming here, the service was horrible. We had a party of 3 whom two of us ordered the same drinks and got something totally different. When I asked the waiter what he had given us he named a drink that wasn't even on the menu so I have no idea how I could have even ordered it. After that encounter our waiter did not come to our table until he brought our bill. Needless to say, stay away from this establishment. They are overpriced and the drinks taste like kool aid. read more

Came in and waited for a few minutes, ended up asking the bartender if i can place a order with him and he told me to wait for a server since i was sitting at a table. Decor was nice, and so was the food, but neither made up for the abysmal customer service. My party's orders were placed at the same time, but it took 20 minutes between each order for plates to come out with zero updates or explanation for the delays.
