Even when COVID hit, Sarah was still very accommodating and checked with us to make sure we were ok with physical contact. The first time, was tough because my hair was so thick. The next couple times around, the hair removal got easier because she taught me the importance of exfoliating and moisturizing. When I arrived to the studio she came to the front to meet me and bring me to her suite. I signed a few forms and she made me feel so comfortable, like I was hanging out with one of my best friends!
