Would go again and definitely recommend this place. I've been getting waxes for 13 years, so I know what makes a wax a good wax. The place is very clean, they take Apple Pay, and a deposit is required when you book fyi. Hannah was my waxer, and she was such a sweetheart. Consent was very important for her and before she moved me or did anything she asked if I was ok with it, and checked in on me throughout the process. She even waxed different parts at different times to give certain areas a "break" so it wouldn't be painful. We made small talk here and there but it wasn't forced which I appreciate. Hannah tweezed extra hairs afterwards. The owner does threading and I'd like to try her next since I prefer threading over tweezing. In terms of the results, the hair grew back very fine which is why I love sugaring. Overall the process took almost two hours, longer than regular wax but to be fair I was getting a lot done. I walked in with no appointment, and the staff graciously squeezed me in. The location is decorated very well and it's well lit and clean.
