She completely botched my brows, removing part of the front of one. As you can see both have different angles, one is higher and whatever chemical was put on made some hair fall out. Both arches are super downturned and look clownish. It was embarrassing when someone at work asked if I just had Botox and something went wrong. They thought that's why my brows are so botched. When I texted her her response was that my eyebrows were weak because my old salon used bad products. I haven't gotten them laminated in months and didn't have them threaded for over a month beforehand. I wanted a simple apology for doing this to my face. She didn't say anything about the photos except that my eyebrows were dry and asked if I had an inspo pic while still never admitting they look ridiculous, then she stopped responding. Literally any random threading place wouldn't have even made them so uneven. Everything from the arches, angles, height and length is different on both brows. One was significantly higher but I tweezed some off of the top before the brushed up photos. Waste of time and now I have grow my brows for another month. Don't understand how someone could botch fully grown out brows this bad, especially with "20 years of experience"... indeed lol read more
