As someone who has worked as a General Manager for several restaurant chains, I found this situation completely unacceptable. The level of unprofessionalism, disorganization, and lack of customer service displayed by the staff was shocking. Customers should never be denied access to food they have already paid for, especially when they can provide proof of purchase. This experience reflects poor management, inadequate employee training, and a disregard for basic customer service standards. I hope ownership and management address these issues to ensure no other customer is treated this way in the future.
