Gotta add a review for the excellent service!…read more I've been having a hard time finding the perfect place to take my puppy, and a few people have recommended here! I dropped Adonis here while I went on a trip and I got pictures and progress reports everyday! I loved seeing that he was playing with staff and looked like he had so much fun! I had to drop him off today due to me working this weekend and not being able to fully give him the love he needs, and the staff remembered him (which I loved). I will definitely be taking Adonis here every time!

My dog required veterinary treatment after being attacked and being bitten in the face by another…read moredog while under the care of this facility. While the incident itself is upsetting, the facility's response and policies are what prompted this 1-star review. Documented History of Fatalities: Potential customers must be aware that this facility has a publicly documented history that includes the deaths of two dogs in their care. On a previous visit, I asked a staff member about these incidents, and he had no idea what I was talking about. The fact that front-line staff are not trained on the facility's most catastrophic failures shows a shocking lack of commitment to safety and learning from past mistakes. This context is critical for understanding what happened to my dog. Unacceptable Communication Delays: Staff notified me of the attack at 11:32 AM. I did not hear from the general manager until 3:28 PM. A four-hour delay for a serious safety issue that demonstrates an alarming lack of urgency. No Transparency: I asked to review the security footage to understand what happened. My request was denied multiple times. As a result, I had to rely solely on staff accounts, with no independent way to verify what occurred. No Proof of Vaccination: When I asked whether the other dog was vaccinated, staff said yes but provided no documentation. Given the seriousness of the incident, vaccination verification should be standard. The absence of proof leaves owners unsure whether their pets were exposed to preventable diseases. Limited Financial Responsibility: The facility covered my vet bill (just under $300), but I was told there is a $500 cap. Clients should know they may be responsible for costs above that limit in more serious cases. Aggressive Dog Still Admitted: The staff confirmed to me that the dog who attacked mine is still allowed to be boarded at the facility. They stated this dog will go through a so-called "probation period" to get back into daycare. This is a failed assessment, and this policy knowingly places other dogs at risk. Because of the supervision failure that allowed the attack, the delay in management response, the denial of incident footage, the lack of vaccination verification, and the decision to keep admitting the same dog, I cannot recommend this daycare. For your pet's safety, please seek care elsewhere.

I would give this place less than one star if it was possible…read more Our entire family's pets go to this office and last weekend we had our dog stay with them while we went on a trip. Our dog suffers from anxiety and takes daily vitamins that we provided to the office when we brought her. By the time we picked her up, the staff mentioned that "she was nervous" the whole time but failed to mention that they DID NOT GIVE HER ANY OF HER MEDICATIONS NOR HER VITAMINS. A dog that suffers from anxiety (especially during thunderstorms) had to go an entire rainy weekend without her anxiety medication. Additionally, the food container we left with her was pretty much as full as it was when we dropped her off. Also, we left a bag of chewable bones for her (that also help her anxiety) and the staff didn't even give her one in a 4-day span. Our dog lost enough weight in 4 days for us to be able to tell by just looking at her and was shaking uncontrollably when we picked up and she kept shaking for a couple days after we went to get her. WE LEFT AN ENTIRE BAG WITH ALL OF HER THINGS AND CLEAR INSTRUCTIONS; however, the manager claims that since it was a mistake by one of their staff then "all [they] can do is apologize." They refuse to give us a refund or do anything to make this up to us and our dog. This place is vile and full of administrators who seem to hate the animals they serve. 0/100000 would never recommend anyone to take their beloved pets to this evil place. //// U P D A T E //// I went back to talk to Dr. Closs in good faith that there was something that could be done to try to amend this situation. The doctor claims that beyond making the mistake of not caring to see if there were any instructions they also charged us for the wrong thing (which, says a lot about how they run this business). I demanded, as a symbol of reconciliation, that the hospital returned half (50%) of the cost for boarding (it was about $105 for boarding so I was expecting around $50. This was more of a symbolic gesture than about the money.) I felt that this was a decent demand considering that they only did half of the job during that weekend. Dr Animal Negligence agreed and left the room to write a check. When he returned, he brought an itemized bill and tried to explain how they had charged us the wrong amount because they DIDN'T consider the size of our dog (that begs the question, did they even feed my dog enough food?). At that moment, he tried to renegotiate and told me that "the best he could do" was to give me $16 AND IN EXCHANGE I WOULD HAVE TO DELETE MY REVIEWS ONLINE. The last time I heard someone make an offer this bad was in a mobster movie. This man is a perfect example of what's wrong in our community and should be held accountable for his actions. We are aware that we are not the first, nor the only, family that has had these crazy issues with him. It's sad how a relationship of years can be thrown in the garbage by this institution without any remorse and using the most condescending tones possible as they explain how they neglected my dog for 4 whole days.

Zero stars! My family has used this clinic for many years…read more I initially stopped going because he said my dog was overweight because you can't see her ribs but she is perfectly healthy and no other doctor has said that. I decided to have my dog stay there for the weekend while we went on a trip. She stayed there once before and it was okay. I left written instructions in her bag on how to care for her. This time, when I went to pick up my dog they said she was nervous the whole time. When I opened up her bag I noticed that they didn't give her much food and didn't give her her calming and vitamin supplements and no bones. I was infuriated because this is what helps with her anxiety and if she doesn't have the vitamin then her poop gets loose. She also had a red cut on her about when I got her. When we called all they could do is apologize. They said maybe because a new person checked us in they might have missed the instructions, but the entire time she was there they didn't think to call to make sure about the instructions. Update** the comment below from the vet is a total lie. They did not tell us the part about the food when we asked. When we went on Saturday for a refund, it was handled by the Vet completed unprofessionally. The mistakes were admitted but this information about the food was not explained. If they didn't write the directions, why didn't they call over the 4 days that our dog was boarded?? We got a discount because the person made a mistake and entered our dog as 40lbs instead of 60. The boarding costed $100 and $16 was offered as a refund again because of the vet's mistake. The vet told us we were overreacting when we went to complain. Of course we are mad that our pet didn't get what she needed. Additionally, she had small scabs all over her body that the vet said could be due to anxiety, but it was behind her head and we are still unsure what actually happened. She wasn't taking the food or didn't want water because she was anxious because THE VET did not give her here anxiety meds. On top of that, the vet said it doesn't matter because HE thinks that cbd doesn't work for dogs. It does work for our dog and if we tell you to give her something then that's what you should do instead of neglect her.
