This was my first time visiting this location and I can confidently say I will not be returning . I booked an appointment for myself and my sister and it's was terrible. Shital was very nice however sis was rough ! The wax was extremely hot and the job was rushed. She was ripping that wax off without care. I told her my skin was sensitive to heat Shital didn't even try to cool it down at all. She just gave me something to fan myself with and told me "it's not that hot". My sister heard me screaming in the next room because it was that painful. Needless to say I won't be cheating my barber ever again. I went here for a Brazilian wax and they did a great job (quick, good job, nice) BUT they tried to sell me a package deal for more sessions and I said no and when I went to check out they put it on my bill anyway and I had to say again that no I didn't want the package. They try to sell you on other services like crazy. They were nice but they didn't give me any advice for aftercare (it was my first time) and seemed like they just wanted me in and out and my money. This is probably the best place I've gone to that offered sugar Brazilian waxing. I've done regular waxing, sugaring, honey waxing and laser treatments for my private area and sugaring has given me the best results so far. Ami was amazing and knew exactly what she was going! I've given this establishment a few chances to redeem itself before leaving a review but today was the last straw. The service is not the same anymore and it's really disappointing. It's gotten to the point where when I ask that the tech clean up a few remaining hairs, she snaps at me asking what I see because she doesn't see any remaining hair. A few weeks ago, I had my eyebrows threaded here and the shape of my eyebrows were completely messed up by the tech and I left the establishment bleeding. I made an appointment for today at 9:30, I was told there was no issue and that there was availability. I got to the establishment today at 9:35 and waited for 20 plus minutes when I finally asked how long more I would need to wait, I was told that they were working on a couple of other people and it would be an additional 20 minutes... the tech said "you can wait for another 20 minutes or...." And then left. No apologies, nothing. I really wish they had told me that 9:30 would not work instead of having me drive out and wait for nothing. read more

So happy they were open on Fourth of July. I was attended by Ami & she was fantastic. After waxing for 3 years, I decided to try the sugar Brazillian wax which she said wouldn't break the hairs and you get smoother results. I definitely agree! Only $45 for sugar (Miami prices are $55 to $70). I got a lip thread (didn't break me out), armpit wax, and my free eyebrow thread as a new client. All under $100. Affordable & great staff. First time here. Decided to come here because of the reviews and I am now having to start threading my brows instead of waxing due to using retinol products. Appointment booking process is easy. You would probably be extremely successful to score an appointment if you walked in. Salon appears clean. Only had me fill out a form with name, address, email, and #. No other information about myself (skin, maybe allergies?) was needed for them. Kind of strange. I had Shital. She gets points for doing a good job and being quick. Points deducted from this visit include: -no step to get onto table, I had to thrust myself up. -no warm/moist towel after waxing to clean up. -after eyebrow threading, I had to wipe away the excess hairs myself because they were all in my eyelids and no application of witch hazel to them or the like. -the biggest deduction-- thanks for noticing and attempting to be helpful, but do not tell me I "need" my upper lip waxed especially if I did not come for that service. She was in a hurry & rushing when she pulled the HOT LITERALLY HOT wax off she went so slow (more hurtful!!!!! You have to pull the wax fast!) & applied no pressure at all so I was in so much pain. I've been here a few times now for eyebrow threading, and the service is always very fast and efficient. They have the option to make appointments online, but most of the time if I'm in the area, I just call and ask if they have an opening for me for walk in. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by the receptionist who asked for my number to check my account. Then with no wait time at all, I was brought over to the eyebrow threading area. My eyebrows were done in a matter of minutes and they looked great. I was in and out within 5 minutes which was great. Only thing I think could have been improved is more communication between the threader and the client on the wants of the client. This wasn't an issue for me since I just wanted my eyebrows cleaned up, but I see how it could be an issue for someone who wants a high arch or specific shape. Price for eyebrow threading was $13 which is a bit on the higher end, but I've never had an issue here so I don't mind too much. Will most likely come back if I'm in the area! read more

Shital is a miracle worker. I came here on the recommendation of a trustworthy source and I am so glad. I had the full-leg sugaring and Shital was so thorough and everything was clean! She is very personable and while I was squirming in pain, she was doing great at removing all the hairs she could find. Ami is wonderful. I started out here with waxing (which was awesome) but switched to sugar when I learned what it is. It's less painful, the hair grows back slower and thinner, and women in the Middle East have been removing hair this way for ages. I go see Ami once a month. Very nice, chic, and extremely clean studio. They are pretty new to the area. I've been living in Norcross all my life and I noticed this popped up recently. I created an appointment online the night before. I was surprised at how easy it was (a little skeptical actually, but it turns out they're just extremely accessible lol). I was greeted by a friendly front desk person and offered beverages (water, coffee,tea) while I waited. This was my first time EVER getting wax or sugaring services. Ami was very kind and reassuring (I was Super nervous). She did the sugaring and even talked with me about aftercare because I have sensitive skin. I was very pleased with her sugaring. They also offer free eyebrow threading if you're a first time customer!
