I got a dip manicure and a pedicure for my daughter, and unfortunately, the quality just wasn't there. Within three days, my dip nails started chipping--something I've never experienced with dip before. Now, just a week later, they look like I've had them on for several weeks. I'm honestly shocked at how poorly they've held up. On top of that, I was charged $10 for stickers on my daughter's toes, only for the polish and sticker to be ruined immediately when the technician put her sandals on. We didn't have time to go back and get it fixed, which was frustrating. Her toenails were also not filed, leaving them looking uneven and messy. Overall, I'm really disappointed with both the service and the results. Unfortunately, I won't be returning. read more

Friendly....they were very friendly and had some regulars come in while I was there. It was traditionally laid out (4 maini stations on one side, 6 pedicure chairs on the other wall). The salon smelled like perm solution. Very astringent and not very inviting. I was never given a menu or asked what service I wanted beyond when I said I wanted a pedicure. The technician was detail oriented and did a nice job. They had an excellent selection of regular polish but very few gel polish options. Since I didn't get any options for pedicure and the service I received was just a standard pedicure (no extras) I was horrified when I was told my total was $70!! $70 for a basic pedicure and gel polish is RIDICULOUS. read more

I called and asked for the prices and I was told $40 for each but when it came to paying I looked at my receipt to sign and it said $110. A hundred and ten dollars for a mani and pedi. I could get acrylics/a full set somewhere else PLUS a pedicure for 80. When I questioned the amount she said $65 for my feet and $40 for my hands.. that doesn't even add up to $110. I found this place to be rather convenient as it was a Saturday afternoon and there wasn't a single customer there when I walked in. I wanted to a shellac manicure so my fiancé and I could take some photos to announce our engagement. I gave this place one star because the tools they used to do my nails were not sanitized and there was only one brush sitting in a small cup by the sink that I was asked to scrub my nails with. No thank you. My cuticles are red in a couple areas (I had to pull my hand away from her a few times) and she didn't do the best job painting my nails. There are quite a few bumps in the shellac and she didn't polish my nails all the way to the tip, so the polish looks worn, likes it's already coming off. $40 down the drain and I didn't get to take my announcement pics today. Prices were doubled on May 9th, reopening day. My wife and 2 daughters were charged $400 for services that should have cost under $200. We called several other salons in the area and got quotes. Prices were not stated or confirmed before services were rendered. No estimate was given verbally or in writing. An increased tip was "strongly" suggested. A small sign which had crossed out pricing, was unclear, and not prominently posted. It was not shown or discussed. Prices on the sign were not even accurate to what was charged. A refund or appropriate pricing was requested and denied. They are clearly gouging and have been reported to the BBB and StopFraudColorado.gov read more

SO EXPENSIVE!!! I will not be returning because I paid more than double at this salon than I would have at my normal salon for the exact same service and exact same quality. I tried this place out because it was on my way to an errand I had to run and I am baffled at how much money they charged...$85 for a full set with shellac...$100 after tip! You have got to be kidding me! Additionally, the service took about an hour and 45 minutes, which is wayyyyy longer than is acceptable. I went in to get a gel mani and pedi for my upcoming baby shower, it was way over priced for the quality. The staff was very nice I'll give them that. However, I left very unsatisfied and with a blood blister on my pinky due to the tech squeezing it too hard trying to remove my old gel polish that wasn't allowed enough time to soak. That blood blister unfortunately turned into an infection causing me to seek medical treatment and placed on antibiotics. read more

I give this place 4 out of 5 stars only because of the prices they charge for what it is. They are absolutely awesome at customer service and produce the high quality results that you would expect from a professional salon. They have many services available, including massage, paraffin wax treatments, eyelash extensions, any mani or pedi you can think of and more! That having been said, their location off the beaten track and their overall "digs" do not put them in the higher end price range they are charging for their services. I would expect to pay $100 for a full gel set mani-pedi somewhere in Lone Tree or Cherry Creek, but not at this charming little establishment. I'll return when I feel like pampering myself, just because it's close to home and I really like the ladies there. They really do a great job! But sorry, ladies, you only get 4 stars. read more

As soon as they got busy they rushed us through and cut our services short. No time between the coats of polish on my toes. The day after, they still smeared. Barely got a hand/arm massage. I tried Sugar Nails because it is close to my house. I was very disappointed with the service. Their prices are literally double from the place that I usually go to and love. The prices are not prominently displayed in their shop. The massage was rushed and quick, the quality of the manicure and pedicure was subpar. I have been here before and they were okay (just okay). However, I went again this week to get a pedicure to spend some time allowing traffic to clear before driving home during rush hour. My pedicure was done in, I kid you not, ten minutes. I was confused as to whether there was actually a massage portion because she basically slapped some lotion on my legs and rubbed it for about ten seconds. Then, she let me sit for about 5 minutes, came over and rubbed my two big toe nails and said "all dry." In doing so, she COMPLETELY smudged one. Now I have a terrible pedicure and I don't want to spend more money to get another because this lackluster one was already $35. Even worse, she basically shoved me out the door and didn't let me sit there to let it dry as long as I needed despite the fact that there was no one in there (another red flag). And last but not least, traffic had not cleared at all in that 10-15 minutes so the whole experience was pointless (didn't take up any time, no massage, smudged polish) read more

DO NOT GOT HERE!!!! I went here because it was close to my new job and had good ratings. Sure it looks really clean and nice inside but I don't know how anyone rated it over a 2. They are TERRIBLE at doing nails!!!! I should have taken a cue that there was no one else in the place when I was there. They do a complete s**t job on nails and do not know how to shape them at all. I got a gel manicure and within 36 hours I had chips in 2 of my nails, at my usual place I can go 3 weeks without any chips and only go to get them done again because of how grown out they are. I will never go here again. I had to go here due to my normal place being closed due to re-modeling, and it was the wrong choice. Not only didn't the lady do my rebase the right way, but and hour and 15 minutes later and $90.00 down the drain my nails chipped the day after. Not only did they start chipping days after, after a week they started to snap off in full pieces. Such a waste of money. I called ahead and was told $70 total for a shellac mani/pedi and when I went to check out she told me it was $90 for a shellac mani/pedi (without tip). I replaced my full set, and the replacement looked fine upon leaving, with the exception that they were so thin they looked fragile. and even though I thought it was pricy, it looked fine so i was okay with it.
