The polish was uneven, thick, and sloppy. I called the salon, and they asked me to come back so they could fix them. Unfortunately, the second attempt still looked bad. When I told the manager I still wasn't satisfied, she shrugged her shoulders and dismissed my concerns. I even went outside to look at my toes in natural light, took another photo, and came back in to show her. Instead of trying to make it right, she became rude and only offered me $10 back. She also told me, "Your feet look fine. They only look bad when you put a camera on them." The most shocking part was that other customers spoke up for me. Two customers told the manager my toes looked unacceptable and that they would be upset too if they had paid for that work. One customer was so bothered by how I was being treated that she personally gave me back the money I had spent. I repeatedly told her she didn't have to do that, but she insisted. I will never forget her kindness. While this was happening, I also watched three customers leave because of the way the staff was handling the situation and how I was being treated. This review isn't just about a bad pedicure--mistakes happen. It's about the complete lack of professionalism, accountability, and customer service. I gave them an opportunity to fix the problem, and instead I was dismissed, treated disrespectfully, and left paying for work that was unacceptable. From the moment I sat down, their attention to detail was unlike anything I've experienced at other salons. They took their time without making the appointment drag on, and I genuinely felt like they cared about getting everything just right. The chairs were super comfortable with noticeably better massage features than most places, had a lap board to rest my phone on, the salon was spotless, everyone was kind, and there were zero sneaky attempts to upsell me on additional services. They even worked with me to find the perfect pale yellow for my toes, which I appreciated more than they probably realized. And the SNS shape? Literally the best I've ever had.
