I received a text to confirm my appointment 2 days prior and then a second text reminder text the day before. I read that if you don't cancel 24 hours in advance then they will charge you the full amount of the service. My appointment was with Illiana and all went well. For the prices they offer here, I was expecting a lot more professionalism in their customer service and in their services. DO NOT get your eyebrows done at this location. I had an eyebrow appointment here and the first lady that assisted me did not remove my eyebrows properly. After she applied hard wax, cleaned with sugar wax and then tweezed, the bottom of my eyebrows had a lot of hair to remove and left with a BALD SPOT on the top left eyebrow. When I confronted the lady and requested a second lady, they denied that there was a bald spot and then proceeded to continue to tweeze my eyebrows. After this, I was still unhappy with their work and proceeded to tell them to stop anything they were doing. After much arguing, they offered me a discount for the eyebrows. However, even the owner DANIELLE, after taking a look a my eyebrows denied that she saw a bald spot. I was just so upset I paid the rest of the services I received that day and left. The aestheticians and the owner at this place were not only very rude to me but left me with a terrible eyebrow job. Extremely disappointed to say the least. read more
