Tan was great for me. I did the express. Color was wonderful and no streaking. Downsides: My friends tan was splotchy and she did not have the same experience. She was doing a test for her wedding. We did the yelp deal. She waited until after the appointment and payment when I went to book my next appointment to tell me they were closing for 2 months and I could not use my 2nd tan until then! Tell people upfront, don't slip it in shady style only because I asked for an appointment for the wedding! Otherwise, she would not have said anything. I would have called and they would have been closed. Not great, upfront customer service. I left feeling total distrust of their business practices. This is my favorite place to get sugared, brazilian style. Their time slots get filled up very quickly, so I'd recommend calling to make an appointment at least a week ahead of time. The place is super cute inside and it's very clean. I highly recommend sugaring over waxing! Personally for me, after I get sugared I don't see any hair for 2 weeks, then a tiny bit of hair on week 3, and some short hairs on week 4. That's when I go back to get sugared. I went yesterday for my first ever spray tan and had a great experience from beginning to end. A week prior I went to test out a patch on my arm because I tend to have severe allergies to certain chemicals in hair dye and eyelash glue, but I had and have had ZERO negative reactions to the spray tan I received at Sugared + Bronzed! The girls are very professional and the experience was very easy and they talk you through the whole process, as well as provide instructions for after your spray tan. Staff was really nice and professional but the spray tan didn't last as long as they advertise. It is suppose to last between 1-2 weeks - mine started noticeable fading in some areas as soon as 4 days so a little disappointed. I did all the things you're advised to do to preserve the spray tan - moisturize, avoid anything that can exfoliate etc. read more

I've been Spray Tanning for 9 years & have tried multiple places. My tan color was med/dark & it looks very natural & is not overly drying to my sensitive skin. Additionally their solution does not have the typical weird/musty smell where you don't feel comfortable to sleep in. Also their solution doesn't have the annoying Bronzer that seems to rub off even after showering/work outs that wreck your white clothes - pls NOTE people who have to Dry Clean constantly! The Tan Artists are very conscientious and thorough. I recommend Sugared & Bronzed & know that you will look Hot & your tan! Just had another great tan w/Sophia! Seriously! They push memberships BEWARE!!! They are Scammers ! I went in & they have never let me stick with the same person! Then they get you to buy a stupid membership charge my card then whenever I call I can't get in !!! I requested a refund & cancellation to my membership and have yet to hear a response!! I'll be taking my business elsewhere & I'll be telling all my friends to do the same ! Also the owner did contact me , about issuing a refund to my membership which I did on my own , trying to bribe me with free services, probably because of my negative review, but clearly they pay yelp anyways to keep their 5 stars because I see their stars went back up . I was crazy disappointed and so upset with myself for trying a new place (I'm sorry, Heather!), especially right before going on vacation. After rinsing off, my tan was still orange in a lot of places and already coming off. After contacting the manager, they were really sweet about it and comped 2 tans to make it up to me. Sugared + Bronzed is by far the best place to get a tan! I've been going to them for years now and every single time my tan comes out flawless! Booking your appt is super easy (I do it via text), the girls are always nice and knowledgeable and the place is super cute and welcoming. I always exfoliate before I tan and this really helps makes it last awhile! I also opt' to tan nude - the girls do a really good job at not making it feel awkward at all. I keep my solution on for 4 hours and always feel extra sun kissed afterwards :) Again, this is by the best place ever! read more

I got a free tan coupon from my roommate so I decided to check it out and I'm glad I did!!! Two very perky girls were working and informed me it was their grand opening week so they offered me a glass of chanpagne and asked how they could help. I told them I had a coupon and they gave me advice on the type of tan I should get. Parking was easy in the lot across the street and it was free due to the holidays. They were still under a bit of construction but the place was clean and the girls were very professional. I was happy to hear that the product is all natural and I was very pleased with how I looked.
