This is my favorite place to get sugared, brazilian style. Their time slots get filled up very quickly, so I'd recommend calling to make an appointment at least a week ahead of time. The place is super cute inside and it's very clean. I highly recommend sugaring over waxing! Personally for me, after I get sugared I don't see any hair for 2 weeks, then a tiny bit of hair on week 3, and some short hairs on week 4. That's when I go back to get sugared. But you'll need to see what works best for you. read more

I went yesterday for my first ever spray tan and had a great experience from beginning to end. A week prior I went to test out a patch on my arm because I tend to have severe allergies to certain chemicals in hair dye and eyelash glue, but I had and have had ZERO negative reactions to the spray tan I received at Sugared + Bronzed! The girls are very professional and the experience was very easy and they talk you through the whole process, as well as provide instructions for after your spray tan. Staff was really nice and professional but the spray tan didn't last as long as they advertise. It is suppose to last between 1-2 weeks - mine started noticeable fading in some areas as soon as 4 days so a little disappointed. I did all the things you're advised to do to preserve the spray tan - moisturize, avoid anything that can exfoliate etc. read more

The studio was super clean and everyone working was very nice. I was greeted when I walked in and had little to no wait time for my sugar appointment. Julie was awesome ! She talked me through everything and answered every question I had. She explained to me how there might be some hairs left due to them being on a different growth cycle than the ones she removed. She assured me for my next session, everything should be removed. The process was painful, but worth it. I feel so good knowing this was an all natural process and my skin is thanking me for it. I used to get a lot of ingrown hairs and razor bumps, but so far I've only had a few. Julie told me that over time, they will decrease with every sugaring done. I'm happy with my results. read more

I've been Spray Tanning for 9 years & have tried multiple places. My tan color was med/dark & it looks very natural & is not overly drying to my sensitive skin. Additionally their solution does not have the typical weird/musty smell where you don't feel comfortable to sleep in. Also their solution doesn't have the annoying Bronzer that seems to rub off even after showering/work outs that wreck your white clothes - pls NOTE people who have to Dry Clean constantly! The Tan Artists are very conscientious and thorough. I recommend Sugared & Bronzed & know that you will look Hot & your tan! Just had another great tan w/Sophia! Then they get you to buy a stupid membership charge my card then whenever I call I can't get in !!! I requested a refund & cancellation to my membership and have yet to hear a response!! I'll be taking my business elsewhere & I'll be telling all my friends to do the same ! Also the owner did contact me , about issuing a refund to my membership which I did on my own , trying to bribe me with free services, probably because of my negative review, but clearly they pay yelp anyways to keep their 5 stars because I see their stars went back up . Sugared + Bronzed is by far the best place to get a tan! I've been going to them for years now and every single time my tan comes out flawless! Booking your appt is super easy (I do it via text), the girls are always nice and knowledgeable and the place is super cute and welcoming. I always exfoliate before I tan and this really helps makes it last awhile! I also opt' to tan nude - the girls do a really good job at not making it feel awkward at all. I keep my solution on for 4 hours and always feel extra sun kissed afterwards :) Again, this is by the best place ever! read more

I'm not going to sugarcoat (no pun intended) anything, Brazilians are very painful! Personally I still prefer sugaring because it's clean, safe, and doesn't cause itching. And honestly after I leave I forget exactly how painful it is which is why I keep coming back lol. The girls are ALL super sweet, so that helps. Lets be honest, their jobs are tough and it's not fun cleaning coochies all day. I've had a good experience with each one of them. Sugared & Bronzed knows how to pick excellent employees. They try to make the procedure as easy as possible and take your mind off of it with a friendly chat. Also, they have a 24 hour touch up period that I learned about today which is awesome! Oh the place is always clean. Parking always available in the back when you first pull in just drive straight (2 spot for s&b). Keep in mind the parking spots on the right are for the salon only. I have done 2 spray tans with Sugared and Bronzed and I'm absolutely hooked! The staff is so friendly and was able to assist me in picking the perfect shade. They made me feel comfortable and taken care of throughout my entire appointment. I was thrilled with the way my tan turned out! It was perfect for the wedding I was in (see attached picture. Both myself and the other bridesmaid got spray tans at Sugared and Bronzed). I am very pale naturally and a spray tan is the perfect alternative to getting a nice summer glow. I've had two absolutely horrible experiences here and unfortunately with the same girl. The first time I gave them a second chance. This second time I was in so much pain I was crying I actually had to stop and leave with my Brazilian not complete once again I broke out in a rash. When I made The appointment I specifically asked not to see the same woman it had been months and I didn't actually recognize her right away but they gave her to me. It was horrible. I left early called the manager and all they were able to do was cancel my membership early no refund nothing if I were you I would not go to this horrible establishment ever again I do not recommend it at all yes I had a couple good experiences but their customer service absolutely is deplorable. read more
