I have been curious about sugaring for a couple of months now. I have been just terrified about the pain. My friend insisted I try it out. After months of finally deciding to do it, I realized that I should have done it a long, long time ago. If you take a pain killer prior to your appointment then you should be good. The ladies that have helped me out have kept me distracted during my Brazilian by talking to me throughout the session. This is very life changing, and I do not think I can go through my life without this. Everything is smooth!!!! FYI- sugaring is better for the environment compared to waxing! My go-to spot for sugaring! The staff is always friendly and does a great job to ensure they are providing a quick, comprehensive, and sanitary service. The place itself is very clean and smells great! Compared to the prices of other local sugaring spots, I'd say this one is more affordable, especially if you purchase the monthly membership! The only downside is the parking - it's located off of a busy street and has a small parking lot that's shared with the salon next door and there are designated parking spots. Depending on the time of day, it can be difficult to find parking in the lot, so you may have to find some on the surrounding streets, which can also be challenging at times. read more

I am super unhappy with this service. The color is rubbing off and I have destroyed every piece of clothing I wore over the last four days and every towel I used. My color would have been a good shade if I wasn't all spotty. My feet look dirty and overall the color is uneven. I did a machine spray at another place a couple of times before and my results were much better. It is really annoying when people ask for tip. I need to be the one to decide if I would like to leave tip and not made feel uncomfortable. read more

went in to get a ran letting person sound the ran know i have olive undertone and i and very fair skinned please don't make me orange. She recommend a level three which indeed turned me orange. It is also darker in certain areas of my body where she went over it multiple times and is very uneven. Afterwards the receptionist basically enforced that i give them an 18% tip..... welcome to America lol. Why am i tipping for a $60 spray tan (before tax) that's done at a chain franchise. I tried to do have a spray tan with my mom today. We were going to meet there. My mom had additional appointments for waxing pre spray tan. She had texted them and THEY planned it. When she arrived they told her it wouldn't work and she wouldn't make her spray tan even though THEY COORDINATED IT!!! They were very rude to her and she was so upset. Then when I tried to cancel my appointment they CHARGED ME! why would I want to go there if they treated my own mom that way. I'm just sad for my mom. No one wants to see their own mom that way. I'm happy that I found this place via google search. It is very clean and beautiful inside. I've been coming here for about seven months and all of the ladies have done a fantastic job. At first, I was a bit nervous about not being able to book with the same person, but now I love it. I've been to the Hermosa Beach S&B 3 times now in the past 2 month and they are so nice, my spray tan was amazing each time!! They really pay attention to my requests and make sure my tan is even and I'm satisfied before leaving!! highly recommend if you want to be nice and bronze in an instant! It's literally 10 min out of the month to completely make my girl parts bare. It's pretty painful on my pain scale but it's over really fast and tends to get easier the more often I go.
