This was my first time coming to this new location, and it didn't disappoint. I came in for the FlexiExpress tan, and love my even results. The staff is friendly and efficient. I will definitely return to this location especially since it is conveniently located near the 101 freeway. The only downside is the hassle with street parking since it is a busy location on Sunset, and there are only about 3 designated parking spots for their business. The elixirs (level of crisp) for the Flexi tan range from 1-4, and the staff can assist in deciding what look you want to achieve. It helps when they have a spray tan too so that you can see how it appears. Getting that sun kissed tan: You're lead into a suite where you decide on what elixir you want, after that you're given privicy to don on a disposal g-string thong of universal size, which can be a bit large in the crack. I'd suggest making sure it's in your crack for an even tan, also string placement. Tie hair up if long, wear an optional hair cap. Put barrier cream on palms, knees, elbows, and back of heels. Then step into the spraying room and voila they'll guide you on how to pose during the spraying session. Remember to wear flip flops, dark loose clothing to your appointment, and bring a beach towel for your car seat just in case there is color transfer. I have NEVER been silent my entire service, I have NEVER not left a tip ! upon my arrival which was 4:06pm for my 4pm appt she's on the phone . when she gets off she takes my name and then immediately says "well as it's now 4:08 I might not be able to finish" I said "is there not a 10 minute grace period ?" She says yes, but based off my work, I don't know if I will be able to finish your sugaring, but we will see" girl what ? Lmao I've been coming to sugared over 8 YEARS ! but Ohkay "we shall see" then she just starts walking to the back , no "this way" or anything I'm like am I supposed to come with you now ?? so then we get in the room and I'm on the table she says when was the last time you got hair removal [usually they know all the answers to this before I arrive] I said 4 weeks ago I come every 4 weeks , she says oh that's great for you , did you get sugared ? I say I've been coming here 8 years . she says oh wow that's great with a dry ass tone as if she's shocked . girl.....so then we are silent the ENTIRE time ! alllllllll the years I've come no matter who does my service, we laugh and talk the entire time . Anywhom, she did what her job was , and that's to remove my hair . so since she wasn't pleasant and didn't do anything spectacular to deserve a tip , she didn't receive one . and I shall continue to go to my usual locations. but SUGARED as a company is AMAZING and I'm smooth as a baby's ass once again so cheers to that. read more

had a awful experience from start to finish first the spray tan machine is so cold. It feels like dry ice. It really hurt my skin. The spray tan artist also sprayed extremely close was very uncomfortable. She missed a few spots. I had to go over them. this is the kicker the color is green at first until you take your first shower, which is awful I hundred percent do not like the solution had a very bad experience will most likely not be returning. read more

Super easy to schedule, reschedule, and cancel when needed, communication is great, front desk staff are always lovely, and the folks who do the sugaring are totally nonjudgmental, body positive, and do an amazing job. Would I be awkwardly standing there naked in front of a total stranger? Do we small-talk about our tattoos? I was a bit nervous. I walked into this sweet salon and met Tina, God's gift to "bedside manner." She not only "it's-all-okay-babe" eased me into the room?cell?booth? with grace and acuity, she actually made the whole thing a fun event. I did stand there naked in front of a stranger, but it felt like girlfriends primping for a party. The bronzing is fun, and Tina was right; the best part was looking down and seeing my boobs tan.
