Found this location on IG and Went for my 1st Brazilian ever, the location is cute and clean. The woman who did the service was super kind and explained the whole process along the way which was so nice. I've only been to a sugared + bronzed twice, my first visit was at the 3rd St location and that went really well I was happy with my results. Whenever my regular girl is on vacation I thought it would be cool to come here. So I came today to get a full Brazilian, the woman who did my sugaring was really nice and I felt pretty comfortable with her. It was quick I was in and out. I didn't notice until I got home to take a shower that I still had so much hair around my outer and inner lips, the woman didn't give me a mirror to look at when she was done so I just looked at the top. I know when you get sugared there's still some little hairs here and there but there's way more than I usually have after getting a sugaring done and I kinda feel played because paid like $70 dollars to be unsatisfied basically. Idk maybe the woman isn't so experienced in sugaring..? So I most definitely wouldn't come to this location ever again. read more

I had an appointment at 11. When I got here there was no parking in the front and a car almost hit me while I was trying to get to the back which I found and got So I had to walk from the back of the parking to the front and it's not that close of a walk. There's a door in the back but it's for employees only. So from there I walk in like 11:10 and the girl asked me for my name and I told her and she asked me if I need to use the bathroom and I did so she said well go ahead and use the bathroom and she told me where it was. So I went to the bathroom and when I came out the girl at the desk tells me I missed my appointment and that they can't see me. If that was the case she shouldn't have asked me to use the bathroom and she should of told me right when I walked in. My drive to get here isn't a close drive. I left my house from Whittier an hour before my appointment to be here on time but that didn't even help. The girl didn't even offer to reschedule. She could have asked to reschedule and not ask me if I need to use the bathroom when I got here. This was my 2nd time coming here and I liked it the first time the staff was nice but this time if I missed my appointment to begin with then tell me when I walk in don't ask me if I need to use the bathroom thinking I had a good appointment. I'm sorry that I was a little late but I guess you have to be at your appointment exactly on time. read more

I had a great appointment with Flor today. I mean great is a hard adjective to use when getting sugared, but she did a wonderful job of helping to minimize a not great procedure. I got a Brazilian and Flor very quickly learned to read my queues based on my breathing and movement, so she knew when I needed a little break, when to apply pressure to help with pain, etc. She was quick and efficient, too. My first appointment today and I am very satisfied with the result and experience. It was less painful than I expected. It feels more like tugging on your skin when applying the sugar. And when removing the sugar, it feels more like a pinch. Of course the pain is more obvious on the areas where there is more hair growth. But I have zero pain tolerance and i can sit through the treatment just fine. The lady ( was it Jessica? I'm sorry ) who handled my appt was very professional and very thorough on the process.
