One of the few places in Pasadena where I've left feeling satisfied with how my eyebrows look. The place is small and located in the corner of an equally small shopping area. There's plenty of parking, but it might be crowded due to nearby businesses (e.g., Food 4 Less). The inside is usually clean. For the few times I've been there, only one lady (Sally) has been there working. So depending on the time and day, you may be waiting more than what you expect. However, Sally is pretty efficient without sacrificing quality in her work. She pays attention to the details and usually follows through with what I ask of her. She takes her time and kept making sure that my eyebrows were balanced and the same shape. This took approximately 15min for my threading (eyebrow was $12 and upper lip was $6). It would be nice to have package/combo deals but I think they compensate for a stamp card system (if you go 9 times you get your last threading service for free). Convenient for those living in the area. Get your eyebrows done while you're out running errands. read more

Really disappointed in my eyebrows. Felt like the lady who did them was a beginner. She was very slow. Took about 25 minutes and they do not have any shape. Look the same. I've been coming here for a while now, never knew about the stamp card til today. I could've almost had a free one by now! The lady i usually saw is great never got her name. But today they had new staff and the girl that worked on me she seemed very new at it. She went at a snail space so it was way more painful than it usually is. I understand it had been a while since I went but it's usually at this length when I pop in and it would never hurt this bad. She went so slow it would pluck one by one rather than a quick go. It didn't seem to be fully cleaned up at the eyelids once I checked when I got in the car since she seemed so nervous. Sad I never got her name but she was younger, and I would not recommend her, all other staff so far has been good however. read more

Unfortunately I didn't get the name of who did my brows but she was very careful and asked me how thin I wanted my brows. I paid with Apple Pay, but they do take cash! $10 for brows. I religiously come here specifically for Unisha. Her work is precise and consistent every time. She's gentle and somehow manages to make threading not hurt. Her pleasant personality also makes a quick threading somehow feel like a spa get away. There are a million threading studios throughout LA, but it's the staff and the quality of work that makes a studio stand out and Unisha has done just that. Will forever be returning. read more

This is my 5th visit at this parlor. They are getting busier, but still the wait time is not crazy. I find 10 to 12 and 4 to 6 to be somewhat slow. So if one does not have extra time, those hours are great. Lately I have been trying their waxing services as well. The waxing room is neat. Waxing itself is exact to the point. read more

I called to make an appointment and when I arrived, she told me that I had to be treated as a walk-in because she had five people waiting. What is the point of offering and accepting appointments if when you get busy it's not going to be valid and you're going to treat a customer that made an appointment as a walk-in. I am not sure about the name of the lady that manicured them she was in booth #1. Let me tell you that she is a-mazing. I decided to come here because it is close to my place of employment. I usually love coming to get my eyebrows done here. My past experiences were great; the service was fantastic and I was really happy with my eyebrows. However, I left the salon today, feeling very unhappy with the service and the way my eyebrows turned out. The woman who did my eyebrows today, wasn't the one who usually does them. I went in for a cleaning but came out with eyebrows thinner than what I wanted, one eyebrow thinner than the other and a different eyebrow shape. The lady appeared to do a rushed job. She didn't even show me my eyebrows in the tiny hand mirror to make sure I was happy with them at the end, like is usually done. As soon as she finished, she nudged me to get off the chair. I also felt a bit uncomfortable because she appeared to be sick and kept coughing as she did my eyebrows (luckily, she was wearing a mask). If you do come here, I recommend getting your eyebrows done by the younger woman (who I think is the owner?) she does a great job and takes her time, to ensure that your eyebrows turn out great. I don't know if I'll be back here but if I do come back, it would be to get my eyebrows done with her. read more

I always come here to get my brows done since it's the closest to my house. In my experiences here, I always love the way they come out. If you don't like how something turns out they will gladly fix it for you until you're satisfied. The ladies here are also all very respectful and nice! What a wonderful first time experience! The owner was very thorough, and took her time threading my brows. She also checked in with me regularly to have me take a look before she proceeded. Customer service was amazing. Pricing is comparable for threading places in the region. The location is in a shopping center which has a pretty big lot, so parking will be easy to find. The shop was clean and empty because it is not fully complete. The owner told me she would have facials, waxing services, and eyelash extensions at the location coming in as well. I love this place! Does the eyebrows very good, and always stops to ask if you like the perfect shape and if you would want her to pluck out more hairs or stop :) which I really like. The only down fall is that everytime I go it's always closed :// and I go at different times of the day!
