This is the best sugaring location I've ever been to. I am Black and it can be difficult to find someone who can do a good job on darker skin but Olga is fantastic. She knows the science behind sugaring and it shows! Low pain, AMAZING removal (no hairs left at all), and knows how to remove hair from the root, not just the surface. I recommend this place to everyone. Parking at the garage right behind her building is very affordable ($1-$2). The space is insanely clean and warm so you aren't too cold while being sugared. I had a great experience with Olga. It was my first time sugaring (Brazilian) in a minute but she was very patient with my flinches and super thorough. I was also receiving a first timer discount, but had exceptional service and enjoyed the experience overall. I will definitely be going back again, even without the discount! The location itself was also really nice, very clean, and she does each appointment individually so it's just you and her in the room, which I didn't mind. She was also very knowledgable about my skin type and my reaction to the sugaring, as I have sensitive skin. She applied calamine lotion after the treatment, which I had never done, but it helped a ton with the area not feeling super sensitive or as raw as it usually does after a wax/sugar. I am doing Sugaring with Olga more than 6 months and it is the best service I had ever. Brazilian is fast 15-20 min and 20 min half legs. Almost no hair grows back , smooth skin more than month. After a long hiatus of not getting any upkeep during covid, I went in for a Brazilian. I have extremely sensitive skin, and am prone to ingrowns so I was super anxious going in with a new person on top of all that. Olga was very kind and knowledgeable. She was very communicative and gave me a stress ball during the waxing lol She was extremely professional and recognized that my skin was pretty raw/irritated. She applied calamine lotion and gave me a sample of a heavy duty post-sugar ointment/moisturizer. Had my first appointment with Olga today for sugaring of the arm pits. This was first time getting sugared in L.A. as I just moved back to L.A. Olga did a great job but she seemed bothered by the fact that I wouldn't allow her to up sale me. She waited until after I sent her my Zelle payment to tell me that she doesn't do small areas for sugaring and that I would have to go elsewhere for sugaring in the future. I've never heard of such practices and this is not disclosed anywhere on her website. I literally selected the armpits only option on her booking site. She called me and texted me the day I booked and never mentioned anything. Such a disappointment!
