Sugaring hurts way less than traditional waxing. The space is clean and cute and the staff is friendly. I typically book appointments with Kat who is so awesome. I am very sensitive and scared of waxing, and as I was new to sugared and bronzed she made me feel comfortable, took the wax at my pace, etc. if there is a particular technician you want for your appointment, request it in the notes when you book. You also get credits for referring new customers, so take advantage of that!! Will not go anywhere else for a wax again read more

Had a great first experience at the SM location on Montana ave. The girl on the phones was a touch rude, but Savannah helped me feel right at home when I arrived. She was very thorough in her explanation of the process, bronzed looks and even reminded me to shower so I did not over expose the tan. I tried the new flex express tan s+b offers and it's fantastic. Works the same way at the new street level shop. Get led into a room to get ready. I know I'm a guy but I did use a thing (they supply disposable ones) to get more coverage. The spraying takes only a few minutes while receiving the instructions (raise arms, turn around etc). Easy experience. Audrey did the spraying and couldn't be happier with the results. Only have to wait 3 hours before showering and that is a great improvement. I enjoyed the experience. I've been debating for a few days on whether to write a review since I never write reviews but this is actually the worst spray tan I have ever gotten and every day that passes the tan just gets worse and worse! Like I can't explain how bad my tan is. At first I thought it was just that I wasn't sprayed well since I had streaks and apparently the lady forgot to spray my back so it looked like I wore a shirt only on my back but as the tan fades it just looks like patches and streaks everywhere. Bottom line is I won't be coming back here On the bright side, their customer service is excellent so if you don't care what your tan looks like but want great customer service than go for it Update: I want to reiterate how great the customer service is here. I'm really hoping that I just had a bad experience and that it wasn't the norm. They really took care of me after and provided training for the lady that sprayed me. Hopefully no one else will experience it like I did and enjoy their tan! read more

I've been to many tanning salons in LA and Bronzed Airbrush is hands down my go to spot for fabulous sunkissed tan! I really like the decor of the salon: modern and clean. There are 2 spray rooms only. The owner is darling and the staff is very friendly, cheerful and efficient. I've always had very positive experience there and i love the results. I generally go for Medium - Light and it works well with my skin tone. It's important to articulate the results you want to achieve up front and the girls do a very good job accommodating your request. Regular tan if you have time to marinate for 8 - 12 hours. Express tan if you are in a hurry and want to shower in 4 hours. The price is fairly reasonable. If you buy package there is a few $ cost per tan saving. They are super busy so definitely make apt in advance. Looking forward to my next visit! read more

I've done spray tans all over Los Angeles and this comes close to one of the best experiences I've had. I still have my favorite salon, but Bronzed beats their pricing by over $16!!! The medium looked too tan on me at first, but after showering and a few days, I love the color it gives me - I am the palest person ever. I don't necessarily like that they charge for paper panties and shower caps, but with the low price of the place, I understand it. Definitely remember to bring a shower cap, hair tie and undies you don't care about if you don't want to spend $1 per. Great attitude, nice place. So I ended up at the wrong location. I had my appointment booked for Beverly Hills on Santa Monica..however i went to the Santa Monica location. THANKFULLY the ladies had a few extra minutes to squeeze me in. Taylor did a great job explaining the process of the Express tan. They also have a GREAT first timer deal where you get 2 Express tans for $49. I can't wait to use my next one! I had a photoshoot the following day and I am SO happy with the results. Nice even tone and very natural. The express is nice because you shower only 1-4 hours after depending on how dark you want to be. It was slightly more painful, but I've had zero ingrown hairs and super slow return hair growth, and apparently it just gets better with time. I have been coming here for a little over a year getting sugar waxes and each time the service is awesome. The girls are always with great bedside manner/etiquette and thorough work. I see Amy mostly (in the evenings) and Ashley R in the day time but when they don't do my wax whoever does it does well!
