I got a spray tan here for my wedding. I haven't had a spray tan like this since 2012, so i was excited. I opted for the standard tan because i did not want the pressure of having to shower within a timeframe to control the tan. Also, we went at night (7pm), so it was easy to keep it on for 12 hours. I loved that they had the option to go so late at night, so easy to go home and go to bed to let the tan develop! I did the standard tan, just the level 1. I did not want to be too overly tan and the employee I worked with said it was her favorite! The process was great, a little cold as they spray you, so be prepared. Everyone who worked there was very friendly and helpful. As for the results, I think overall I looked great. There are some photos of me from my wedding where I do look a little orange, and I don't love that. I wish the color was a bit lighter, I did feel for the first level it got me very tan. Also, I did a horrible job with the barrier on my hands/feet, so I had dark spots. Make sure to do that well before the spray! I included a photo of my mom and I on my wedding day. We both got spray tans together, my mom level 2, me level 1. My mom had a much darker base tan. This is in natural light so it truly shows how the tans turned out. Updated review: Kelly called and was super sweet and spoke to me about the situation. Management is amazing. My tan is amazing. After reading all the amazing reviews I am convinced this was unfortunately just bad luck, as everyone has had great experiences. I will definitely be back. Girl at the front desk was EXTREMELY rude. I booked my first appointment as a referral. When I booked online as a new client , the first tan is free. The girl who checked me out asked how I would like to pay. I told her I did the free online tan. She kept saying I don't see that on my end. I showed her my email confirmation. She then states well you have to do it online you can't book on the phone we don't take promo codes here. I told her again "I booked this online with the promo code" she then AGAIN recites just for future reference you have to book online. I'm sorry this is horrible customer service. And then! To top it off ....they had been offering all customers a walk to the car while they hold an umbrella for them since it's pouring down rain but she makes she to not offer it nor even get the door which was stuck. I will not be recommending this location to any of my friends I refer. Not sure if the girl was having a bad day or what. Incredibly disappointed as it is the NEXT DAY and I am splotchy and gross looking. I exfoliated, let it develop in the adequate time, and moisturized three times during this time. I even bought the tan extender. I look like a mess. The picture doesn't do it justice. UPDATE: the day after leaving a review I was personally called by CJ, who did an excellent job explaining that the issue I experienced was probably the result of layering tans without fully removing in between. She also committed to coaching the employees to help try and identify this to help inform customers like me. In addition, she gave me a generous credit for my trouble, along with a complimentary scrub and mitt! I can safely say I have never been so touched by a customer experience and feel like such a valued customer here. After my somewhat emotional review, I am definitely willing to try again considering what a great job this company has done to make things right! I have worked in customer/client services for 8 years and I am truly wow-ed. Also: the tan extender does appear to be making the contrast better. read more

I am in love with my glowing tan! I have a fair color skin so I went with elixir 1 (the lightest shade). Since it was my first airbrush spray tanning, I was pretty nervous. The sprayer was so friendly and helpful. She was very professional and comforting. I was hesitant at first to get a spray tan because my skin is already pretty tan but they go over the colors with you and always pick the perfect shade that looks natural.
