My first time getting a spray tan & it was such a cool & professional spray tan service! Love that the ingredients aren't harmful & made of beets & macadamias nuts. The only thing that was negative was how gross the tan looks when it fades & how hard it is to scrub off Also, don't recommend getting your feet sprayed like I did. My feet looked dirty Overall great idea for a special event or vacation for an even tan I'm all about it & would definitely return. *I am naturally fair olive skinned & tan easy so I got the spray tan to even my uneven tan I only did 1 shade darker from my normal tan. read more

I got a Service done in September by Bri which was good she was really nice. I got my service for my birthday before my trip to Cancun I didn't know when I went to Cancun I would Dislocate my knee and break my bone and have to have surgery. SB has charged my card for 3-4 months straight even when there was no money on the card. with so much going on I couldn't even reach out due to me being in the hospital back and forth going thru surgery and off medication. I finally reached out to SB for a refund because I know once I close my account I would no longer be able to use the $200 credit. I haven't been able to walk or do anything for myself for the most part, not driving or walking at all, offered to send over hospital documentation for refund. account is now closing because I haven't been working and don't have more money to give them to keep it open. no empathy has been shown in this situation from company and its pretty sad. in the waiver she told me it says no refunds. well in this case you can even freeze my account until I can walk again to at least use my services that I have already paid for. this is poor customer service and as I can see its all for the money for this company. if customer is able to provide documentation and have a valid reason to why services can't be used a refund should be rendered. I feel bad enough I can't even do anything on my own or even walk and this is making me feel worst that I have been charged by a company that doesn't even care about their members. ill be leaving more reviews as the case is further looked into. read more

Very disappointed by the experience tonight. She rushed through the spray tan and talked the whole time about how she was tired and delirious and just wanted to go home. She was sporadic in her spraying and it was not at all like the full coverage I usually get there. I got this spray tan for my sister's wedding and now my skin looks uneven. At the end, I was asked about the experience right in front of her. I expect better service for this price. read more

WOW! Best spray tan experience ever!! I'm super pale, so I always love a good spray tan before a trip/special event. I almost always have issues with peeling on the chest area despite exfoliating and hydration, but for the first time, I had NO peeling!!! I explained this to the staff and they recommended the new S+B exfoliating wipe prior to my tan. I used to right before she sprayed me and I swear it worked miracles for my tan! I will only ever go to S+B for my sprays and use the wipes prior!! HIGHLY recommend!!!! Trust me, best tan of my life! read more
