Sweet heaven ! Both CSR were very nice and helpful . We liked everything but had to contain ourselves from walking out with the store. Our visit was pleasant and purchased what we came here for . Sugarfina is a nice size store , they have such cute looking boxes of candy and other cute looking package candy. We tasted some sample candy and it is much better than most and Pricey. Nice store to get a different kind of sugar fix. read more

I really loved the store, but after few uncomfortable experiences at the store.. I have stopped visiting the store. The candies and chocolates are very delicuous, but the problem was the staff. 1) Bought a three box bento. Asked me if I want the heart gift wrap. Didn't tell me I need to pay for it. Said yes and later learned I was charged extra for the wrap. Asked to take it back and the staff made me very uncomfortable by giving me the sigh and facial expression 2) Bought ten 'three bento box' for the gift. They didn't wrap it with the basic ribbon deco, they suppose to get me... and again service was not accomodating at all This review is vased on my experience few month ago and they might have improved... but I cannot recommend this store based on my experience. This place was such a treat! My boss bought the whole staff gifts from here and I have been dying to try it out myself. The sales person was really cool and gave me a little history about the company and how it started with a couple going on a date to see Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory. They go to different countries and try different candies and bring back the ones that they think are perfect. They had a Cuba Libre candy that is infused with rum flavors and a Scottish malt ball that has real scotch in it so they ask to see your ID. Pretty cool store if you are looking for a cute gift or want to satisfy a sweet tooth. read more

Adela at Sugerfina is a wonderful, caring person and I am so thankful that I found her on the other end of my phone line at Sugerfina - The Point. I had an issue with my order placed via Grubhub and she heard the stress in my voice when I called in to try to resolve the Grubhub issue and offered to drive my gift herself to my bosses house!!! WOW! I wouldn't have had another option. Thank you for being a thoughtful caring person and your boss and anyone that walks into your store will be very luck to have met you. We are canceling Grubhub at the end of the month and I will start using Sugerfina for our corporate gifts going forward and all because her. I also spoke to a very helpful girl in the AM and she made sure my sure my gift was packed in a birthday box and even wrote a personalized birthday note for the Bento Box. It's great to see Sugarfina open in the South Bay at The Point! The clean, pristine but modern look pulls you in along with the uber attractive merchandising of candy and sweets galore. Choices are hard to make when deciding what to get. Huge varieties of yummy confections range from gummy candies and everything in this world covered with gourmet chocolate and creative flavorings. Our choices that we really liked: Champagne gummy bears (made with Dom Perignon), Bear-Y Smoothie gummy bears (imported from Germany), Sour Fizz Cola gummies, Milk Chocolate Marshmallow Eggs and Chocolate Malt Balls. Each candy selection comes in a hard plastic cube that runs around $7 to $8 each. Certain selections come in special gift boxes and you can also create custom "bento boxes" that make the most wonderful gift. Sure, it's pricey, but this is luxury artisan candy after all. read more

Rushed over to pick up a gift @ 1230 expecting the store to be open at 1100 on Saturday.. only to find out it was closed despite all the other shops being open. Hung out until 1:00 pm. Still not open and no sign indicating the store was closed. Instead, hours reflect opening everyday at 1100. read more

Beautiful space and packaging. I tried several of their more popular candies. I liked the fruity loops, but that's about it. I was not a fan of birthday cake or some of their other items (a gummy that I can't recall the name of). It would seem like a great gift idea since it is put together so nicely, but I'm not sure if my taste buds match up with their offerings. read more

The store itself is gorgeous!!! And the candies are amazing. I love getting the 4 sample pouches for $10 because you can sample the different candies and still have plenty to share. The staff is young and friendly and knowledgeable and enthusiastic about the product. Which is kind of rare and makes it way more fun to shop there! So ironically I first found out about Sugarfina from the location at South Coast plaza. I totally didn't realize they had this location until a few days ago. The plaza has ample parking, which is awesome! These candies can be slightly more pricey than your normal big name brands bought at the grocery store, but they're pretty cute and delicious! They also make for awesome presents as well. (I bought a few boxes of the champagne gummy bears as gifts.) Cute store, and all the employees were very friendly! Good candy, awful service. The candy actually is going downhill - once upon a time cracked candy wouldn't be allowed on the shelves. Now, almost all the chocolate is cracked. The candy is good but the employees are snooty and rude. The experience used to be super fun - it was nice to go with friends and spurge on fancy candy - but now it's uncomfortable because the employees ignore you and act exasperated if you ask a question. read more

This place is the worst candy shop ever. It is CVS bought candy placed in a fancy box. You don't even get the whole bag of candy. For example, I saw a box of happy cola bears that were "imported from Italy". The price of this box made me and my credit card cry. The price of it was so bad that it equaled my weight. When I tried to look at it, my eyes turned into to one of their chocolate eye candies that cost $100. I even thought Rick Astely was going to come out and sing Never gonna give you up. Then I realized, he didn't . I didn't buy any candy because the prices were higher than Snoop Dog in his house. read more

What a fun place! Stopped by after having lunch to check it out and pick up a treat for my boys. We were warmly greeted by two super sweet and friendly young ladies who welcomed us to a sample of the champagne gummy bears (yum) asked if we had been to a Sugarfina location before. When we responded we hadn't, they shared their rewards program and offered to sign us up and provide a free sample-size treat. She recommended the chocolate with caramel and sea salt and it was SOOOO good! I also selected two candy boxes for my boys; Sugarfina pearls and watermelon slices, and they LOVED them! The store is beautifully designed and doesn't appear as a typical 'kids' candy store. It's welcoming to both kids and big kids (adults) alike. I was here for their grand opening recently. It's located in The Point in El Segundo alongside Madewell, Lucky Brand, and True Food Kitchen. It's a high end candy store with cute boxes of candies like Dom Perignon soaked gummy bears, or covered in flakes of 24k gold, or chocolate balls filled with scotch. The presentation is on point of the inside of the store as well as their packaging of candy. If you know someone with a sweet tooth it makes for great gifts. The staff here on day of opening were very friendly and welcoming. That candy also tasty, they promote their quality ingredients like flavors and coloring from real fruits. read more

Adorable little place, it's fun to browse the pristine displays and they have great samples, but the samples tend to be fresher than the same candy for sale. Overall this is a fun spot to indulge, but is incredibly overpriced for what it is. read more

Excellent customer service from Aaron. He is extremely helpful and made our purchases and visit a pleasure. The green olives, which are actually chocolate covered nuts are truly unique as a party favor or hostess gift. Much better than a candle party favor which seems to be the norm these days. read more

I came here yesterday on a whim to buy some sweet treats for my coworkers. The store itself is ultra luxe to match its equally luxe candy and I wouldn't expect anything less. All the workers there were very helpful and informative and I found that they even went out of there way to let me taste all the items I was interested in and even honored a deal that wasn't set until later that day (without me asking!). Cute! Cute! Delicious! Delicious! I walked in expecting a candy store where I would buy in bulk & candy I could find in a supermarket. I was pleasantly surprised to find the best thing ever. It is gourmet candy. The chocolates melt in my mouth. My iPhone case (which I bought) is so adorable. The prices are "boutique" rates,but definitely worth every cent. I do not know if they have other locations or an online store, but I will be back. read more

Well, this was so delightful. I was an adult in an adult candy store!!! What a huge selection of beautifully packaged delectable treats! The store was so pretty and alluring. The neatly stacked clear cubes of colorful candies had caught my attention on a previous visit to the center but I was in a rush so I couldn't stop. Oh but this time.... So, 15min and $25 later, I walked out with a beautiful bag of treats. The packaging reminds me of Tiffany & Co. My mini bag was filled with matcha green tea caramel, champagne bears, bubbly bears, peach Bellini, mixed fruitini, and Cuba libre gummies. So far I have had the green tea caramel. Delicious! The only problem is that everything g is so beautifully packaged that I don't want to open them. I'm keeping my bag of treats at work for days like today. It really came in handy.
