I've been coming to this location for a while now and I saw a drastic reduction in hair growth! Everyone is super friendly and very accommodating, I'm so sad to be moving soon because I won't be able to regularly come here. I loved Nina and was able to stick with her for a couple of years at this point and driving to her has been worth it every time too. I love getting coffee or brunch around the area or going to Philz on my way back home too and love the view and Oceanside breeze. I was extremely disappointed to be told that my pre-booking discount of 15% was not going to be honored after I was in the room and prepared to get "sugared". There are few issues with this business practice : 1-When I received the text to confirm the appt I wasn't informed. I would simply canceled, as opposed to driving there for my appt. 2- at the very least because I wasn't advised ahead of time they should have at least honored it... Kristin at the front is on top of everything and makes the check-in, check-out, and next appointment booking process easy breezy. Second is the location! There's a parking lot right across the street and you can always find a space and it isn't too expensive. Plus, the BEACH!! It's RIGHT THERE! I highly recommend showing up early and clearing your calendar afterwards to really have the opportunity to soak up the area. Unlike dealing with SM, BH, or WeHo, MB isn't crowded and you have a great selection of food and drinks within a block of Sugaring LA MB. Win win! Third are the facilities themselves. I had my armpit wax in Manhattan NY on Madison Avenue for only $15 vs $26 for such a small amount of work.
