I was a first time customer and a plus size woman (I wear a size 18 in Womens clothing) so I was worried she might miss a spot when removing, but everything is perfect! So here's the thing - I didn't even end up being able to get Sugared (BOO!) but I'm still giving this place 5 stars for Jasmine alone! I spoke to Jasmine on the phone about getting some hair removal done for my upcoming wedding. Jasmine was INCREDIBLY helpful in asking all the right questions, the timing, the sequence of events, etc etc. Ultimately I couldn't go through with it as I have a spray tan scheduled on the same day, but Jasmine was so helpful in navigating my scheduling questions, and giving me an honest assessment of what would and what wouldn't work that I can wholeheartedly say, SugaringLA has made a customer FOR LIFE!!! I've come to this place a few times and i always have a good experience but not today! Had an appt for 7pm with Kiera. I arrived about 10 mins early and took a seat to wait my turn. At about 7:08 i still hadn't been serviced so i asked the girl at the desk if i would be up soon and she said it shouldn't be much longer. Well finally at 7:15 i asked the girl at the desk to just cancel my appt because i couldn't keep waiting. She did apologize and offer to rebook me another day with 50% off but i refused because had I been 15 mins late they would've canceled my appointment!!!
