Just tried this sugaring spot for the first time, it was also my first time being sugared. The place is super welcoming, clean, and decorated so cute. The technicians were very professional and thorough. I normally get my Brazilian waxed, sugaring was not as painful. I waited just a little bit to write this review as it was my first time getting a Brazilian via sugaring vs my regular waxing. My esthetician was Alexandra and she was very nice! She told me that the results from sugaring typically last longer than waxing and about a month later, I see what she means! My body produces a lot of keratin so I usually go once a month for services when I got waxed, but with sugaring I can probably hold it off for a few more weeks if I wanted to. NOT IMPRESSED!!! I Do Not recommend this place. I went in to get my brows waxed. Cute atmosphere and concept...HOWEVER, The receptionist was also the technician in a huge place which was weird. It took forever to do my brows which came out nothing/the opposite of what I requested. She told me she could not do anything with the sugar wax but clean up the outline, so no arch and then proceeded to take off most my brows. read more

The receptionist is the technician and she was nice. However, I don't see my eyebrows look asymmetric but she said that with time or after 24 hrs they will get a natural shape. Be aware of false advertising! Their website says $70 for eyebrows lamination + tint and I told her that but the receptionist/technician charged me $90 because she says is extra cost for tint. I didn't want to argue with her because I don't have time. I definitely won't comeback! read more

First and foremost, and I have been there many times, every individual I have been sugared by has been wonderful. I had an appointment at 1:15PM but, called because my doctor's appointment ran late. I am very appreciated that Mona was able to accommodate me at 1:35PM. The lady at the front desk which I assume was Mona (sound like her voice on the phone) greeted me and said, "She will be right out she is finishing up with someone's appointment that ACTUALLY worked out". WOW! Looking on yelp I see SHE IS THE BUSINESS OWNER! The comment was unprofessional and passive-aggressive, which I find unacceptable. She could have been rude from the beginning instead giving me her fake smile and greeting me with a rude remark. I'm shocked by the lack of professionalism when I walk in. Then when I entered the room to get sugared, she had the NERVE to try to sale products to my partner.... Why would my partner want to buy products from someone that was incredibly rude? 10/10 would NOT recommend speaking to Mona every again however, would highly recommend the other estheticians. read more

Had an appointment and was not informed you are charged 65.00 for no show. I was out of town in the hospital with two family members with terminal cancer. I returned and called due to seeing a charge of 65.00 on my account. I was not informed they would charge for no show, nor was I focused on calling while my family members were taking their last breaths. The place is so adorable makes you feel like a princess the rooms are big. The music was just the perfect volume for changing and then turned down as the session started!
